I put an order in and paid for next day delivery which did not turn up, I tried phoning which was as helpful as a chocolate fire guard as no one answered do not get anything from this company

Really happy with quality of roller banners and would buy again. Slight issues with delivery company (APC Overnight), so do not expect a fast delivery as they do not seem to operate on weekends and when you phone APC the line hangs up, but I did receive a very were fast response by email. Really happy with Cheap Roller Banners and would recommend them though!

Absolutely terrible. Cancelled my order without any explanation. Tried phoning them - no answer. Tried emailing - no answer. My job was urgent. The complete lack of reply and no information meant I was left with no option other than to take my job to one of their competitors. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

poor communication. I changed delivery address before submitting payment however it automatically chanfged back to the same as my billing address. I used the online chat to get help with which i was informed I would receive an email. Tried this several times but not reply. Tried phgoning but phone rang out. It has now been 5 days since i ordered and expected my banner within 48 hours taking into consideration i ordered after 1pm.

Firstly I did not get my banner in time. Nobody answers there phones or reply’s to emails, you don’t even know if they received everything, for example art work, I went through there reviews and realised I would be fighting a loosing battle, So I ended up ordering from another company because I was now in trouble. I thankfully ordered a second banner one Sumo print who delivered with in 12 hours. When my banner eventually arrived late from cheapbanners.com the print colour was dull and I would have never used it looking like that anyway, It’s Sad when you have company’s like this who mess business up for everyone. I have learnt my lesson and will certainly start checking reviews of company’s in the future before ordering.
