Order not received and not replying to my emails.

I have not received my $300 order which I placed on 14th of Jan. I have emailed them twice but no reply.
My friend recommended CSO so I thought I could trust them. She has been happy with this company for over a year with no issues. I hope mine is just an oversight and it ends well 🙏🏾
I have now heard back from CSO apparently I sent the payment to the wrong account. I’m trying to get it back but not sure I will. They said people have been copy catting their company. Be careful peeps. I’ve re ordered with the details they sent me by email. Hoping for a good out come this time 🙏🏾🙏🏾

In the past had no problems

In the past had no problems, placed a large order. (Monthly supply) as usual. Over $700. No tracking details, no response. No cigs…
Possibly shut down and just accepting people’s money. Be very aware!!!

I purchased on the 30th of December and…

I purchased on the 30th of December and still haven't received any package. I've got all the evidence proving the purchase and I was told they'll send it the next day, 12 days later, even express post and still nothing. I feel I've been robbed.ill post all the proof on this site and more if I do not receive my product. I'm proper angry. If I'm told I'm wrong once more it's going public

Very Slow Dispatch Time.

Ordered Last Wednesday 14 January 2026, received tracking Thursday last week. Today is Tuesday 20 January 2026. I emailed Friday and was told they are still catching up from Christmas and New Year Holidays. I understand that but we are now half way through January now. I didn't order them for the hell of it,I ordered them as I need them. I probably wont order again through them. First Experience is a very bad experience. They have my money and can't dispatch quick. After sending another email the package was dispatched next day. I ended up receiving the package 8 days after I paid for order.

Where is my order

Placed an order on the 10/01/2026 and transferred the money ($252.55). Today is the 16/01/2026 and all that has been done is a label created with Australia Post. Have emailed twice to see what the issue is with no response. I have used in the past with no issue, however this time I think my money might be gone - be warned

Edit - They contacted me and explained that they had a back log over the Xmas break, were very sorry and products are now on there way. Thanks guys
