The order only partially arrived. I was promised a refund, which didn’t arrive until I queried and made a fuss. The items appear and smell non genuine. They appear to be fakes. Smell nothing like the original perfume. I have raised this with the supplier. They appear to be dismissive and point to some free samples they also included. This is just a means of miss-direction!

Firstly, we'd like to once again apologise for the item being out of stock. I understand this must be frustrating.
Secondly, as we mentioned in our emails, the refund was processed by us but the exact date of when you will receive the funds is in part due to how your specific bank works. Unfortunately we have no control over this.
Thirdly, we did offer an alternative item for you if you so chose.
