Will make mistakes and charge you for their silly mistakes.

Areeba entered the wrong dates on our visa application and asked us for extra payment for her mistake.

If we did not make the extra payment at that time, we would miss our whole trip. So basically they will make mistakes and then blackmail you.

Very active before you make payment.

Once you make the payment, good luck with getting a reply from them. Had to remind and call them for every single thing.

Extremely disappointed with the service.

Areeba entered the wrong passport expiry date on my visa application and thus I was not allowed to board the plane.

Instead of accepting her mistake she blamed the Turkish embassy for the mistake. The boarding was about to close and the only thing she was worried about was extra payment for another visa application.

They took the money and were least bothered about the service, we had to remind them of everything I.e. hotels, flights etc.

Don't ruin your experience.

Brother Haseeb Malik provided me with fantastic service for my Umrah package. Everything was exactly as he promised. I was a bit worried about the agency at first, but he reassured me,offered me lots of choices and kept me up to date with all the updates. I would highly recommend other Umrah aspirants to choose Brother Haseeb. He was always quick to respond to my messages.

Liars and schemers, the worst travel I had in my life thanks to cheap umrah deals.
Everything they tell you is the opposite, after they take your money they will not respond to any messages and start doing what they like, they make your trip super stressful.
They stole my money I gave them for breakfast and 5 star hotel but when I arrived in Makkah, the hotel was not even 3 star and there was no breakfast included, the promised that an umrah guide will be with us but that was a lie as well and nobody was there, when we reached Madina hotel, they didn’t even booked the hotel there I had to wait for hours to get the booking done and they booked the worst hotel in Madinah for us.
Don’t waste your money with them instead find a better travel agency who is professional and don’t give you headache.
I will never trust them again and deal with them.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to the travel agency for arranging such a wonderful Umrah package. The hotel was very nice, and the transportation was excellent-especially the comfortable, spacious car for travel from Jeddah to Makka, Makkah to Madina, and Madina back to Jeddah.

We instructed this travel agent, in particularly Mehak, to arrange our Umrah and Dubai trip. At first things felt like they were moving quite slow especially because my husband had Egyptian passport (mine UK passport), but actually everything was organised and arranged in time and the trip and hotels were spot on, and visas received before flying. Mehak kept in touch with us throughout the plans and trip and even after we returned to check in with us. Really grateful for Mehak service and patience and support in making one of our dreams come true. Thank you so much.

We recently completed our Umrah trip with arrangements made through Adeem, and we had a truly smooth experience from start to finish. The transport was excellent, the flights were well-coordinated, and the visa process was handled efficiently without any stress on our side.

Adeem organised everything with great care and kept us informed throughout. Although the hotels weren’t the best, he supported us the entire time and made sure any issues were addressed quickly. It was clear that the hotel shortcomings were out of his control, and he genuinely did his best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Regarding the hotel, the stay was comfortable, but after experiencing it first hand, I strongly advise **paying a little extra and choosing a better hotel**, especially if you are travelling with family. A closer and more comfortable hotel can make your stay in Makkah and Madinah much easier and more enjoyable.
