Said I would leave a review once…

Said I would leave a review once sorted, so here I am. I know there has been a spate of bad reviews of late so I thought I would add my voice to the mix. I have used Cheapzy for over two years without issue and the service has been excellent. Recently I renewed my subscription and then didn't hear from the supplier. I came to look at the reviews and was starting to get worried that they had cut and run. However, I stayed patient and chose to believe the announcement that the guy has had a family emergency. I have been there too when my mum died and my life just shut down. This is not some conglomerate with a large customer service team so give the guy a break, and stay patient. I'm now up and running again and happy. They will want to keep this business going and not alienate their customers and potential customers with bad word of mouth, so have patience and have faith.

Issue now sorted (with a delay)

By the looks of it they had plenty of people with similar problems at a difficult time so hopefully everybody else's will be put right soon .

Unreliable service


I ordered a Netflix subscription through Cheapzy.net on August 28. Even at the start, there were problems: account creation was delayed by 2–3 days due to “payment issues,” and once I finally got access, I was locked out within the first couple of days.

Because the account is shared and based in Pakistan, every time I was locked out there was roughly a 12-hour delay before anything was fixed. Then in early October, the account stopped working completely, showing “update payment method.” I opened a ticket on October 6 and followed up every single day until October 16th, but I received no resolution. I eventually gave up, got my own Netflix account, and requested a refund — but I’ve had no response.

While I haven’t personally received explanations, I’ve seen the Discord announcements where the owner mentions personal issues, and I’ve read similar updates from others on Reddit and Trustpilot. I empathize with personal difficulties, but when a company claims to have delivered 50,000+ orders on their website, it shouldn’t grind to a halt because of one person. There should be a real support structure, not a single point of failure.

Also, the Discord server doesn’t allow communication with other members, so there’s no way to ask questions or see if others are having the same problem. This review is the only avenue I have to share my experience.

I can’t speak to the good reviews — clearly some people have had a smooth experience — but I regret signing up for an annual subscription with no clear timeline of if or when I’ll get refunded. I may have joined during a bad time for the owner, but that doesn’t change the fact that I paid for a service I’m not receiving.

Bottom line: when it works, maybe it’s fine. But when something goes wrong, you’re stuck waiting in silence. No communication. No support. No refund.

No support

Paid for a full year of Netflix, logged in maybe twice before I was locked out of my account. Support, which was usually very reliable, has completely disappeared. Very disappointed - at this point I'm not expecting to get back into the account anytime soon and not expecting a refund as promised.

Full paid, Service not working, No response at all from Cheapzy

I paid a full year subscription of YouTube family premium, I knew there was a risk due to YouTube being aggressive with VPN less cost subscriptions, but Cheapzy promised full refund if they could not provide the service. It worked for 4 months, now YouTube banned my account, so I opened a ticket and asked for a refund to Cheapzy, they or he is not responding at all, no communication after a week. If he responds back and give me my refund of 8 months, I will update this review.

Ordered Netflix

Ordered Netflix, the service worked for less than a month when I started to get locked out. It would take more than 24 hours to get a response from the discord server, and then it would work for a few hours then log you off and it would start all over again.

I have been more than patient. I want a refund or I will have to charge back for fraud. I WISH I had read the reviews here before ordering!

Cheapzy.net will take your money, then not offer the support that they promise on their website. All these 5 star reviews here look like they are bought fake reviews...

The discord server they use for support is full and will not accept any complaints or tickets. It is very disappointing.

If I get a refund, I will remove my review. If you still see my review it means they do NOT provide a refund like they state on their website. So buyer beware.

After YouTube account got flagged, I made a ticket. A lot of responses that it’ll be fixed the first thing today. Almost 2 weeks without the service now. No word from Cheapzy anymore.

Not Worth The Headache

Service has been interrupted multiple times throughout the year, and response times are consistently slow. Each delay just adds up to even less usable service overall. I’ve also been trying to get a refund, of course there’s been no response. For the amount of downtime, poor communication, and lack of accountability, it’s simply not worth it. Would not recommend.

Don’t use this

In the past few weeks, I subscribed to their service. However, activations require more than 24 hours to complete. Upon successfully creating my account, I was able to access the platform and enjoy the content. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue where my account became locked, preventing me from watching any content. I promptly opened a ticket with their support team, expecting a timely response. Despite my efforts, I have not received any updates after five days. Furthermore, my request for a refund has gone unanswered. This experience has left me with a negative impression of their service and I strongly advise against using their platform.

Bad communication and response time

Bought a spotify yearly plan. Worked fine but twice now I've lost my premium plan over the past 8 months. Contacted them on their discord and theyre extremely slow at replying and resolving the issue. Currently been a week of no premium due to them not getting back to me.
Not really worth the hassle.
