I have never heard of this company but they have taken 2 payments of £50 from my account over the past 2 months and have tried again! I am a single person with no interest in this type of service - I have no idea how they got my bank details but I can't seem to contact anyone to make it stop!

I haven’t made a single purchase for weeks and today they attempted to charge my account (8) times in the amount of $42.46 each time. I was forced to report it as fraudulent with my bank. In doing so, I was issued a new digital card along with a new debit card due to being forced to report them as fraudulent charges. Absolutely inexcusable what this company attempts. Especially since I didn’t use my debit card to make a purchase.

Scam stole your money for more at one month after you used it. Big big scam run or change bank after using them

This company is a scam, I just received a call from my bank that they tried to take four different payments since last night, luckily the bank sent me a message after the first payment and blocked them straight away do NOT use this site!!!!! 😡

Use it one time and they will keep charging your bank account. Nothing but a scam!

Do not trust their website. No one has responded to my emails. I wanted to test it out and just bet the $20, but then this website charged me $50 on top of the $20? I don’t understand where this charge went or why they charged me a total of $70. Ridiculous. I was given a receipt via email but there is no order number on it or no charge amount to clarify any of this.. just my bank statement. I just want my money back.. not only that I’m not even updated on the search that I paid for. Such a scam. I feel like an idiot for falling for this.

UPDATE: I called their 1(800) number to ask for a refund. I will be updating if they stick to their policy of refunds. Good thing is the representative I spoke with didn’t give me a hard time about it when I told her I was unhappy with my overall experience with the website.

FINAL UPDATE:
I’m giving 3 stars because it took several days to get in contact with their support team when they mentioned they have someone 24/7. It wasn’t until I left a review on Trustpilot until they escalated my refund. The checkout on their website can definitely be updated.. I was sure I clicked the $20 scan because I would not personally throw away $50 when I got bills to pay. They are true to their refund policy. Thank you and I apologize but I did feel like I was being scammed at the time being because it took so long to get a hold of someone and when I called the representative I spoke with told me I was going to get credited and I had to clarify I didn’t want credit I just wanted my money back. Thank you for making it right by your customer.

Scam, tried to charge my card 9 times for a single search! Luckily all transactions have been flagged by the bank as suspicious and blocked on time

They fraudulently billed my credit card for a subscription as they have with many others. I'm sure they will comment that they question my status as a customer. Via email (sent on October 18, 2025) I have given them two business days to issue the credit (that will be by 5:00 pm on October 21st central time). If they issue the credit I will modify my review. If not the review stands and they will be reported to my credit card bank for fraud.

This website may work for finding a boyfriends tinder, but they are full on scammers when it comes to your money! I paid a one time 30$ fee for one scan in August. It has continued to charge me more and more, 40 in September and 45 in October. Customer service will not respond. I am going to have to get a new debit card because of them. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! LIARS AND SCAMMERS!

Charged $99.99 Without My Consent

I selected the $17.99 plan, but they charged me $99.99 instead without any approval or confirmation. I never signed up for a subscription or authorized that payment. I contacted support for a refund — still waiting for a proper response. This feels like a scam. Be careful!

If I could id give them no stars, absolutely the worst most product website I have ever seen, been taking money out of my account without my knowledge and I reaches out to them directly no one responded, I contacted them over the phone which also cost me money as it is an internal call and again no one answered, it's a scam website that steals your data and takes your money buy signing you up for a subscription.

Scammer site. Bs report totally inaccurate. Charge x 3 amount agreed. Then will try charging your account again 4 weeks or so later.

This site charges you every month $82.58 automatically (an egregious and ridiculous amount) for a service that doesn’t even work! I paid for it once over $40 for one person and never used it again because it was outdated and you could tell it wasn’t performing as advertised.

Who in their right mind would pay over $80 for a shit quality service they don’t use with excess supply of three individuals to spy on every month? For a service that doesn’t even work. Tried emailing them (with their official email) but they never respond. I took this with my bank. I wish I was a lawyer so I can shut down this business.

I love how quick the support team was too. I had a small question and they replied almost instantly. It gave me more confidence in the whole process.

I selected one search and when I saw it was £31 I immediately came off it. However, they have seemed to sign me up for a subscription even though I never agreed to this. They have took money out of my bank when I never authorised a subscription and I have sent multiple emails to cancel and no response! There is a cancel button when you go onto the website, though whenever you try and click cancel, it doesn’t let you. It only lets you click ‘keep subscription’ button. There are also options to get 50%off and pause subscription for 3 months. But again whenever you try and click these, it doesn’t let you. A total scam and I still haven’t received any emails back or refunds! I’m going to have to get a new card!
Edit as I have received a reply on this but not my multiple emails: I never subscribed to a subscription, I came off the website before a payment was made. I have emailed multiple times and still yet to receive a refund. I have been on the website and it doesn’t not let you click cancel or any of the buttons to edit the subscription so it costs less. I have been to the police for theft and found out it is a scam website. All the good reviews are fake.

They returned no matches for my scan. I tried to contact them for a refund and was unsuccessful. Over 1 month later I just got another charge this time for $43 for nothing. I'm unable to reach them at all. Continuous hold on the phone and no way to contact anyone online. This is a big scam
