While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Terrible

If there is 0 star that is what I would choose. Used CheckNet for my end-of-lease inspection. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing:
• The inspector was unreachable during the inspection, did not respond to messages, and did not answer calls.
• The inspection report contains incorrect and irrelevant items, including damage not caused by the tenant and items that do not belong to the apartment.
• Despite sending four emails to dispute the report and provide evidence (photos), I received no response.
• My security deposit has still not been returned more than a month later.
• I have also reported this issue to ConsumerConnect and sought legal advice.

I cannot recommend CheckNet due to their lack of professionalism and customer service. Other tenants: be cautious and review your inspection report carefully.

Rude and Uncooperative

No flexibility during the bookings, lied over the phone when organising the inspections, very bad responses, very rude when they eventually did communicate. STAY AWAY
