If I know before Shopify became like this I will never involved myself in an ocean of B.S someone of you can tell me why I can't get refunded of my domain subscription Three time's you're guys diducting of domain purchase from my Bank account and I tried as possible as to fix this problem and you are throwing me here and there from chat bot to no reply email to Shopify support team To opening ticket.. ect! What for was all of that ? Is there anyone can explain and fix this issue? Minuos review or if there is less 1 star I would give them
All what I need is refund my money and close my Shopify account

Shopify will promise you the world but it truly does not deliver. in my years and a half it has only made transactions. if you want to keep accurate data on your inventory then this is not the platform for you. I have never had an accurate inventory count since day one. please be advised to to buy into Shopify.

I built my business website on shopify because they promised I could tag my products on Instagram. Well, it's a lie. Not only is the whole Instagram sync an utter disaster, they nickle and dime the heck out of small businesses if you want a website that functions in any smart or efficient way. Buyer beware, shopify is a money pit that does not deliver on their promises.

I've been using Shopify for 4 years. Overall I am very happy with the service. But Shopify's own payment system is giving me a lot of trouble. Their fees are too high. They charge a lot of commission. Also, the apps are very expensive if you use the extra apps.

Im shocked! I ended my account so that it is even locked.

But they keep charging my account every month. Customer support is most likely a robot for all know. They are no help what so ever. They just keep stalling the conversation by asking stupid question when they already have access to my account.

Stay away from this company. They are truly a pain in the ass and a total scam!

It is a good platform but if you ever need support, especially a billing issue, I feel really sorry for you.

Ridicioulous... People do not understand that Shopify is just tool for merchants... Why do they say it doesnt work or someone scammed them if the service works well? I ran my business on shopify for a year, only good things to say!

This is the worst app i have ever used in my existence of being a human I tried cancelling but it kept not working and trying to steal my money

I placed an order via Shopify, they take my money and NO order has ever been received and probably not even made by them.

They have ripped me off..

This is absolutely the worst platform for dropshipping. There is no support and it’s 100% not worth the money! I didn’t give up as I really wanted to own my own online store. I ended up going with Alidropship and have had a much better experience. Save your money and go with a company that cares.

I gave it a trial run for a business idea i had, and to be comepletley honest I was suprised at how difficult it is to just change a few design settings.

I mean if youre gonna start a eccomerce store you want to make this look how you want them. Its a very basic theme and run application. I understand why it has its perks but it just wasnt for me.

Extrnsive use of application in template makes it easy to work on. However, Shopify is simple than that of those complicated earlier ecom tools.

Shopify has terrible customer support and no control over any aspects of the functionality or payments. Fees are high too. We switched to Netbilling and have been extremely happy and are saving money in the process. Not only that but they actually answer the phone and answer emails in a timely manner..

This is simply the worst platform I have encountered in a long time.Zero support for their merchants.No contact phone number says it all ! They at a snap will deduct money out of your account months after a particular transaction and service rendered! They accept zero responsibility a put the entire oness on the Merchant and have the audacity to provide No phone number for guidence for the Merchant that is out thousands of dollars! They simply state customer states didn't recieve the service, while never acknowledging Shopify dealt with the very customer.They request this proof and that evidence!! I expose Shopify for who they are..shameful!!
Im in the process of canceling their service and will search for a more reputable service, with a phone number to start! My advice, Stay Clear of this Company!!!

Hi, I'm the director of My Italian Living. I had a similar issue as the colleagues in the previous emails. Shopify is not doing enough to protect their customers.
You are going to lose "chargebacks" because:
- you won't receive any email from them regarding a chargeback. They will say that they sent one and you didn't find it in your mail box. If you ask for proof, they will answer that they have access to emails up to 15 days.
- As a payment gateway, they will deal with the customer's bank. They will send the information that they have on their system. We don't upload invoices and delivery notes on the system. Basically, they don't have any proof to show to the other bank.
- Once the claim has been closed, there is nothing to do. The bank's customer without proof of delivery will close the claim in favour of their customers and they will take the money directly from the payout...nothing to do to stop them! Shopify will advice to contact the customer that is not answering your calls or to speak with their bank. The banks are not able to deal with you unless is their clients to ask directly.
_ You will receive lots of emails from Shopify Customer Service regarding the ways that you should solve this problem..but nothing interesting or efficient. their words are nice but the service is very poor.
- You will lose the money, that's it!

I will move my website to another platform.
I don't feel safe anymore with Shopify payment gateway,

Good ecommerce. There will be scammers everywhere, just read the reviews and compare the price, if the price is way lower than the next competitor, probably is a fake. Been buying and selling items on this site for years.

These people should be removed from all search engines!!! SCAMS. every store is a SCAM.

Bought this item via Facebook, a total waste of money. It is a con, despite many emails to the company I still have not received my item..This is the third and last time I buy anything posted on facebook, As all the items have been substandard just a warning folks, if it's too good to be true it usually is. Further research revealed that 99% of the goods are made in China, returns are prohibitively expensive so beware.

absolutly joke tried to get shopify payments sent all the required documents on the 9th december the same documents as another uk online retailer sent who accepted for shopify payment and was accepted i got a response on the 21st december 2020 they tottaly ignored what i sent over i sent over exactly the same documents requested as the other online retailer who use the same suppliers i requested call back total waste of time the team that deal with shopify payments are an offline team they are suppose to be responding to there customers within 72 hours and take 10 days and then they ask you the same thing again to be honest i think they try and make it difficult for retailers to use shopify payments as they charge 2% for using a third party provider for example paypal 2.9% + .30p + shopify fees 2% makes it expensive customer support dont no what there doing they just deflect your question being variefied on other bigger platforms it so much easier as they use the correct criteria for every reseller i think i will be review my eccommerce provider in the new year because as you can see from there trustpilot reviews they dont look after there customers
