Before I got the test Kit, I got several mail's with "happy to have you"- let's say: way to many mail's. Just a waste of electrons.
OK, I got the Kit, did the registration, took the samples and send them right away.
Suprisingly, no mail about income of samples at laboratory. Then almost a full day, the login from supplier was not available. After this, login was working properly and stable.
I've seen, test was sceduled for 13th of may. No information by mail about status, about why it's delayed. Why it's hanging on "medizinische Kontrolle" for days now.
So if you kick my ass with trash mail just to get a 5 Star ranking, please also inform my by mail about the important things- or stop kicking my mailbox. Meanwhile I took a test at the nursery. Result was in after a day. Was way easier and cheaper.

As for the delay in your results, the "medizinische Kontrolle" phase involves a quality and plausibility check by certified professionals to ensure the accuracy of the report. While this can occasionally take longer depending on test complexity, we should have kept you informed.

They sent the material fast, the procedure was well-explained in the papers (make sure you read everything in advance, a day before you take the samples, because you have to get them to the post office on the same day). And the results came back sooner than I thought.

I have orderd my kit on Tuesday and…
I have orderd my kit on Tuesday and since then no sign from them ! In FAQ they are proud to say the kit is sent same day for orders before 12 am. But I am waiting for update since two days and it’s not shipped. The chat bot is only in German ! And no answer to my mail.
I feel I will lose my money … if the service is that low why promises the opposite.

You ordered your kit on Wednesday, April 24 in the evening. Unfortunately, we were unable to send the test kit the following Thursday. Nevertheless, less than 48 hours after receiving your order, we packed your kit on Friday and handed it over to Swiss Post.
We would like to apologize again for the slight delay and hope that you can overlook this inconvenience.
I see that you have also already communicated with my colleague Sophie in customer service by email.

ok, relatively pricy, instructions can be improved
It was ok, but several aspects can be improved. 1) Documentation how to sample and return the samples should be improved. Instructions should be hosted on official channel, sorted by language, not just presented on social media in an arbitrary mix of languages and quality of content. 2) Did I miss the notification that the results are ready? It was the request to rate the service which reminded me to log into my account and check the results. 3) The costs for a comparable test sold by a company in Germany is much lower (however, they don't accept swiss phone numbers to register, so that's why I went with CheckYourHealth.ch).

The instructions for every test are included in the package. I sincerely apologize if this was not the case with your order. However i did just pass your feedback on to our CEO Nicole to see how we can incorporate better instructions.
There is a notification sent to your registered E-Mail once the results of any tests are ready.
Our tests are processed in Swiss laboratories, reaching the highest Quality of analysis humanly possible. The price of labor and analysis is approx. 3x higher here in Switzerland, which reflects in our sale price.

Missing pieces, instruction incomplete
The description how to collect samples is not detailed enough (in German at least). According to the leaflet 4 needles (not described how to use) and 2 blood collection tubes should be in the kit. However, 2 needles and 1 tube was in. I could only collect about 1/3 of required sample volume, will likely not be enough. The tube is highly hydrophobic, collection of blood drops tedious. Quality of box pretty poor. Lost money.

I'm still waiting fo the manuel how to use your test. It's a horrible service. Last contact customer service 14th of December. Uf you are unable to send the manuel with the test, you could publish the manuel on your website. It's inacceptable.

They don't deliver neither refund
This company is not reliable and I advise you to stay away from them. They fail to deliver the service within the time frame they promise on their website. I have been waiting for my kit for more than two weeks, and they do not offer any refund option. Health issues are important and you should look for trustworthy companies.

In fact we share a picture of failed Swiss Delivery. We think is a shame to write this review anonymous as we are all about transparency in our services and price we provide to our customers. I am sure you can understand we are now longer willing to discuss a good-will refund after been smashed for another company service because the mailbox was apparently not labeled correctly.
