Totally reliable, professional and prompt service. All the engineers are individuals you will be happy to have in your home.

Great service once again. Turned up when they said they would. Protected everything and cleared up before they left. We had them for a 2 day boiler replacement and they just got on with what they needed to do. Obviously, they were taking up space in the house but they really weren’t in the way.

Gas boiler service plus a couple of extras. Having been recommended by a friend in Chilworth, Dan was amazing. Came on time, was friendly and polite and gave me a very detailed breakdown of information and honest appraisal including what didn't need to be done. No upsell, just honest work and very realistic and clear. Excellent price too. Cannot recommend highly enough and will be using Chedd for the foreseeable future.

How lovely, after months of problems, being let down, ignored and ripped off to find a company that respond, answer questions, are helpful, polite and turn up on time!! As a customer I like to feel my business is appreciated and this is clearly lacking in this sector. I will be using Chedd from now on. Dan serviced our boiler and gas fire. He was professional, very pleasant and made some good suggestions as to how we could improve both the performance and safety of our appliances

when I called needing a quick repair/ service to be done to my Baxi boiler - the lady in their office, Gemma, was very easy to deal with. She set an appt as soon as possible and i felt reassured by our conversation. She asked for all information to be passed on to the engineer to ensure the work could be done as quickly as possible. The boiler was fixed! and the engineer seemed knowledgeable and competent.

Chedd Are one of those companies you are really pleased you found out about. I only recently started using them based on a recommendation and they are reasonably priced, responsive and everything that is hard to find nowadays when looking for Trade Services. Would not hesitate to recommend them. 10/10.
