When I notified them of an issue with the delivery, they were quick to get in touch with the couriers to resolve the problem. They had excellent communication throughout, making clear that if the item did not arrive I would get a refund.
Thankfully my item arrived and it was really well packaged to ensure it got to me undamaged.

So my first experience with these guys were on eBay, where I purchased some sword and shield packs, they came super fast and were packaged amazingly.

I was so impressed I returned the next day, only to find out they had a store with more stock... so I went ahead and asked if they had any Vivid Voltage booster boxes, the guy I spoke with over email actually sorted me out a discount code as well for being a returning customer!

So I swooped 2 VV booster boxes which were also delivered to me quick, and packaged wonderfully.
