Customer service was amazing! Jo really helped me out, at first I’ve paid all the shipping and price for customs cost on the site itself. But customs held my package (I’m from outside the uk) but Jo made sure I didnt got extra unnecessary fees charged while I already paid them, to customs. She provided me the right label and from there on it shipped very fast. It holds most of the pee accidents of my little one & she still feels uncomfortable when they get wet. One disclaimer though I wish I knew, you can’t tumble dry them or they shrink. ;( Mine now all has shrunk a size smaller as my little one had so many accidents that day I didnt had the time to airdry it unfortunately. Also take a bigger size then you think. I would recommend cheeky wipes training pants to everyone.

We recommend turning the pants inside out as they will dry quickest, all products with PUL layers need to avoid tumble dryers as it will damage the waterproofing too.
