They are very comfy and work well. Great value for the multi-buy option. I feel safe wearing them. Unfortunately, they are not very comfortable for sleeping, because the buttons hurt my hips if I sleep on my side. Too bad, I'm gonna need to order some more without the buttons now! 😂

Terrible quality. Sent them all back as the poppers are too loose to hold. Zero communication until I wrote a review! More fused about whether I’d sent the free bag back. I had to quote the consumer act to get return postage back. So no don’t buy. I’m still waiting for my return postage money.

I ordered your pack of 7 detachable pants. They are well made but the poppers seem to come undone rather easily so that they don’t feel very secure but even with all the poppers done up. Sometimes, if I have a sudden small leak, it streaks down my leg thus affecting my clothes. Is there any way that I can make them a bit more secure. It would be nice to have detachable pants without the highish leg and which fitted snugly round the buttocks. Sylvia.

I am well-past menopause, but I use Cheeky pants as a reusable solution to small bladder and bowel leakage. So much more practical than bulky expensive pads. I'm due to fly longhaul next year and these pants and a wet bag will facilitate a quick change in the plane's toilets if needed. Thank you.

These were a size up from previous ones I have. I love them; the material is soft, they’re extremely comfortable and - most importantly - the press studs STAY closed when in use (even on the size smaller I have). Worst case scenario, if the top two come open (again, when using a size too small as I put on weight), they STAY closed. They wash really well, are very easy to change out (which is very important if I can’t manage to change completely into fresh clothes) and look as good as new, wash after wash. I think my only tiny gripe is that the gusset internal lining does bleach a little, but that’s not important to me to be honest, though others may not like it. These are very much some of the best adaptable underwear on the market, although you do need some power in your hands if you need to open/close the press studs. Excellent value for money.

These are a total game changer for me. I’ve used washable pads for many years as menstrual cup back up for my very very heavy flow. These quick change pants (which are extremely comfortable) give me peace of mind, the protection and reliability I need and I no longer have pads sliding about all over the place. So happy with them. Quality is excellent. Just went with 4 stars because it took me ages to be able to afford them (and I’m extremely grateful to the BOGOF sale which meant I could afford them!!) and also one popper has already slightly ripped so this could perhaps be a weak point in the product but will see how they go. They are otherwise super comfy and well made so would highly recommend.

Fantastic pants, I wear them every day as mobility problems mean I find it difficult to bend to change standard pants and I also suffer with a leaky bladder. I was worried I'd find the poppers difficult with my dexterity issues but so far it's been fine, and they're really comfortable; I was also concerned the poppers would be painful with my chronic pain condition but again it's been fine. I absolutely love these pants & recommend them to anyone with mobility issues or bladder leaks.
