I have just ordered more so I have enough to cover accidents .they are for my son so much cooler than disposable and less waste. So far they are working really well have had a few washes and padding is staying where it should be and no smells ,overall I am very happy to have found these and would recommend

My husband is waiting for a medical review with regard faecal incontinence. I asked the Cheeky Wipes team if their Leak Proof Incontinence Trunks for Men might help him feel more secure and they told me that the pants have worked well for others. I purchased 2 pairs and my husband says they do work well for him, they are really comfortable to wear and give him security when he needs it.

not very absorbent ... leaks after an hour ! not suitable for incontinence only drips ??

Get your usual size. I sized up, as women's always come up small, but these men's ones, don't. Person is really pleased with them. Very good quality.

Very effective, and slimmer to wear than traditional pads and fixation pants. Am effecting a collection (3 a time) to wear for 2-week foreign coach holiday in 2024!

The absorbent section of these trunks was a firm rectangle between the legs. There was no shaping and the corners were quite pronounced making them uncomfortable in use. After a short while of sitting It felt like a hard ledge digging in. The absorbent section should be slightly longer and shaped with the thickness reducing in layers for comfort. The shorts were also a weird shape, badly designed and not practical. The fabric was good quality but we had to bin the ones we tried on anyway and returned the the others. The company was however brilliant, speedy in delivery and in refund. If they want help in the r & d department my wife could give them design tips.
Bought for my husband who has sweat issues due to chemotherapy. He finds that they stop him being as uncomfortable as normal underwear makes him.
For a “small” size they are much bigger than expected so not comfy or practical. Using them for nightwear only.

Really good quality incontinence underwear that is not bulky but does the job well!
When ordering I didn’t realise these are double incontinence pants. Therefore they are more bulky than expected. The fit is also very high, too high in my opinion. A lot of material could be saved if the height of the waist was lowered.
I feel comfortable wearing no one would b aware wot they are look just like boxer shorts
