Doesn't come with a mesh bag which is needed for the product to be used. There was nothing on the website matching the name of the bag the description said was needed, when I emailed to ask the reply was rude Disappointed to receive such a cheeky reply

We stock all the items separately in case customers want extras, or to break the kits down into their elements in a way that suits them.
If you are dry storing, the mucky tub can be used without a mesh bag.

This is a perfect size box. You can put it in the machine and empty it out without touching the internal mesh bag. Easy to sanitise, clean etc. It's leak proof with the seal around it. Fill wirh water and oil ita perfect. The hoke is perfect size to pop your mucky wipe in.

Excellent for storing your wipes until they go in the wash. Add a few drops of the tea tree oil and you have a nice smell combined with a natural antiseptic. As I'm the only one(at the moment) using these wipes I'd recommend that you wash the wipes around every 5-6 days. It's easy to do that with the mesh bag as you can pop it in the washing machine without having to handle the mucky wipes.

Thank you for your review, it is important that wipes are not left longer than 48hrs in the fresh box and 48hrs max in the mucky box so schedule in washing every 3-4 days. There is no need to wash them separately to any other washing, if anyone in the home is squeamish about that, just do a quick rinse before adding other washing.
The wipes will become musty and degrade if they are let wet for too long,

Again, I have the grey lid version of this box, to coordinate with my bathroom decor. It is so easy to use! Water a few drops of the amazing smelling essential oils blend and add your wipes. You are ready to go! So, easy! The wipes smell so great and they are perfect for hands, face, and tooshi.

We weren’t too keen on this and opted for a small pedal bin. It felt a bit less ‘close and personal’ to the dirty wipes

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, the seal is removable for washing, this should be done regularly.
It will slot back in snugly with the slightly lipped side upwards and following the corners of the tub - if you hold the seal up you can see the loose corners.
If the seal suctions out when you open the lid, you can release the vacuum beforehand by opening the pop top first.
