Withdrawal error and unable to retract winnings and send account that I made the deposit from

After making over £1700 deposit since opening my account I have now withdraw winnings of £400. This is my first withdrawal it has gone to a bank card that I have apparently made most of my deposits from and the account I believe is shut. I cannot speak to anybodyon the phone. It is online only I’m having very little response apart from them telling me they have done everything on their half by sending it and there is nothing else I can do. I made the deposit through my Apple Pay. I do believe it should have been withdrawn into the bank.
