Great experience with Cheers Travels
I recently purchased an international flight from Cheers Travels and while their pricing was definitely very competitive, I must say I was more impressed with their care and concern. I have a unique problem with my name and always causes technical issues with my booking and I usually have to go through a bit of hassle to get it sorted. This time though instead of me contacting them, they were the ones who contacted me to sort out the issue. Preeti from customer care team reached out and patiently inquired about the situation and resolved it within minutes. She did not even have me wait over the phone for this. Everything was done smoothly and accurately the very first time. I am definitely impressed. Thank you Preeti and team. I will definitely consider them for future travel needs.

5 stars for Cheers Travel, especially for my agent Ayaan, who went above and beyond to assist me with planning my journey and arranging changes to my flights. I have honestly never experienced such efficient, quick, and genuinely helpful customer service before.
Ayaan responded very promptly, actioned all requests efficiently, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and approached everything with kindness and professionalism. He made the whole experience completely stress-free and restored my faith in customer service after a few disappointing experiences in the past where organising travel felt extremely difficult.

I've been dealing with Cheers…
I've been dealing with Cheers throughout the Iran/US war, and with all the changes that have been occuring as a result.
The consultants that have been in charge of my case have been amazing. I would especially like to name Ayaan, who has been exceptionally good with me. His customer service and ability to help is A+++
The (constructive) reason I have chosen 4 instead of 5 stars is more to do with the way the company is structured, rather than the service of individual consultants.
The few times I've needed to ring the company, I've been asked who my consultant is. If Ayaan isn't available, I've been asked to wait until he gets into work and he will call me. I've managed large contact centres in the past, and first call resolution is always the aim. For Cheers Travel, being told that Ayaan isn't in and he will call me the next day isn't the greatest experience.
So here's my rating:
Ayaan - 5 stars. Awesome service
Cheers Travel - 3 stars. Great when you can talk to your consultant, but otherwise a bit flimsy if you need them urgently.
Would I use them again? Yes definitely. But perhaps not in the middle of a global upheaval when changes to travel are being made each day.

The website was easy to use
The website was easy to use as was booking. Unlike other third party booking sites, Cheers travel included checked in bags and was still cheaper than the others.
They also called me after the booking to confirm everything went well and if I needed any further help.
