These people are frauds. They took my money but never provided the maid they promised.

Their entire process is just passing the responsibility back and forth between the Sales and Operations teams. The Sales team makes false promises to close the deal, while the Operations team simply tells you to "talk to the Sales team."

When they failed to provide the service, the refund process became another nightmare. I requested my refund around April 9, and today is July 7—I still haven't received my money.

I have sent more than 20 follow-up emails, but they rarely respond. Their customer service is completely unprofessional. They don't even answer phone calls.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others to stay away and be very cautious before paying them.

I had a very disappointing experience with Chef Cook and Maid Service.

I registered on 24 May and was told that after selecting a helper's profile, the service would start from the second day. I selected a profile immediately, but no one ever came.

After waiting for 2–3 days, I asked them to share more profiles. Instead of providing helpers from Dehradun, where I needed the service, they sent profiles of nannies and caretakers from Agra, which was completely irrelevant.

Later, they admitted that they do not have service in my area and assured me that they would initiate my refund. I was told the refund would be processed after 15 days from registration, but nothing happened.

Then, on 25 June, they suddenly informed me that the refund would take 55–60 working days as per their policy. However, this refund policy was never shared with me at the time of registration or payment.

I paid for a service that was never provided. The communication was inconsistent, and the refund process has been unnecessarily delayed. I hope the company improves its transparency and customer service so that others do not have to face the same experience.

It is a very fraud company. One of its people told me that you deposit the money and then we will give you the leads of many maids. And as soon as I deposited the money, after that all of them started fooling me. Firstly after talking a lot, they gave me 4 numbers saying that these are the numbers of the maids, you talk and finalize the one you like. And when I talked to them, they all said that I have not applied for any job, I don't even know how my number came to them. After that, the guy isn't even receiving the call, let alone getting the money back. I was caught, but I'm posting this review so anyone don't get caught again.
