Communication poor

Communication poor. No email confirming order and deliver dates.

Great communication and products

Great communication and products,
I’d ordered the wrong size chef whites and emailed to see the best way to fix this, literally the next morning my new whites in the new size and a returns bag was at my door. Not many companies with customer service like this these days, it’s rare and great to see!

I still haven’t received my order. I’ve phoned and left messages but never heard back. I do not recommend.

Night and day customer experience!

After my previous experience as a 5 star experience at that i returned with a larger order and expected great things again! Unfortunately this has not been the case this time around. Half of my initial order was processed and was given a written note in the packaging saying a 2 week further wait for the rest (somewhat of a inconvenience but was happy to wait) but after 2 weeks I had no further update as to which I had chased up a update which I was told they were waiting for an update! So I gave a further week and abit to no avail then after 2 emails asking for a update I was told I'd be waiting another week or so for the supplier to provide the goods! Seeing as I already paid for my items and the only resolution provided was either put up or cancel the order and have a refund. I can't help but feel my experiences have been night and day.

We do take our customer service very seriously but unfortunately we have let you down on this occasion. I can see from the date your review was posted that your trousers were dispatched on the same day and we had provided you a refund for 1 pair of the trousers by way of apology as we were aware that you had been waiting a while for them.
