I have been with Chelsea for what must be nearly 7 years. I have always found them extremely helpful. This weekend I filed a claim and they were excellent. Very pleased, I highly recommend them.
We have again re-insured with Chelsea Insurance. As always, the process was simple, and the premiums more than reasonable. I cannot comment on how claims are managed as we've thankfully not had to make one, but we would hope to expect the same level of service Chelsea has provided thus far.
10/10, what a phenomenal experience! I'm not one to write reviews but I'm definitely giving credit where it's due. I made an enquiry late on a Sunday and within minutes I received a response! The customer service is like no other, you guys have gone above and beyond for me. If you're looking for a personable and friendly service then look no further.
