Negative experience with facial rejuvenation

This clinic offers aesthetic facial rejuvenation, ie botox.

I have had a negative experience with them and do not recommend their services.

The person who administered the treatment is certified, but nevertheless hurt a nerve in my masseter, which was painful for 48 hours after the process.

Furthermore, during a period that she was unavailable reviews (23 Dec-15 Jan), I was not informed by either the practice or the clinician.

As a result, I had a terrible look all through the festive period.

They do not have any other clinician who can help in her absence; and it is rather difficult to go elsewhere to a different practice from which initially administered the treatment.

Reviews are standard clinical practice, and I was surprised that no one had informed me about her absent dates and unavailability for reviews (I was asked to send in photos for her records).

Make no mistake - do not go here for anything but dental work. I do not recommend going here for any aesthetic treatment whatsoever.
