Absolutely shockingly poor quality

Absolutely shockingly poor quality. Falls apart, appears to be made with inferior components.

The company trades on the Chelsea flower show name.

Under no circumstances would I recommend this company.

Poor customer service, fails to reply on ANY channel.

Do not buy anything from this company

I bought expensive garden furniture from what I thought was a reputable auction company but they proved to be anything but! I ordered in April thinking that I had lots of time before the weather improved and it arrived. Then it was delayed, and delayed and delayed and then they didn't answer the phones. But they did offer money back - sadly there seemed to be no way to action this.....Then I got a letter from the administrators as it went into liquidation. There is nothing left for creditors so even filling in the forms was a waste of time. Please do not get caught up in a resurrected version of this company!

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY

Please stay away from this company. Previously known as Haddon & James they took thousands of pounds off of so many innocent people for stock they didn’t even have and had no intention of supplying. They lied about delays from suppliers etc and then suddenly closed the website and announced they had gone in to liquidation. I spent over £1000 for some garden furniture, using inheritance from my mum. The owner of this company continues to drive around in his flash cars and enjoy luxurious holidays, and has now started this company to do it all over again!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!
