After leaving a company I’d been with for 10 years, I felt completely confused and lost. Last April, I found myself unexpectedly out of work. I did not have the tools to approach the current job market. My confidence was at an all time low. My experience in the program has a happy ending - I recently signed an offer with a dream company. I was also able to channel my creative energy into a side hustle that I plan to continue when I start my new job. I would have never had the confidence to do something like that without my cheerleaders at R+H boosting me up.

Working with Allison at RHA over the last 5 months has been such a rewarding experience! This program quite literally changed my life. I had been listening to Chelsea's podcast months before I was laid off and had been really moved by what she talked about. I found so many things she highlighted resonate with me, making me think so thoughtfully about what was important in my life and career.
