The order was handled very well. For some reason my address information was missing from the order so they asked for the information by email and after receiving it they sent the package with UPS tracking codes. The order arrived as expected here in Finland.

No communication. Supposedly 'fast shipping' by UPS. Two weeks now and STILL waiting for delivery. Not a great experience. Best avoid.

Update - finally turned up 3 weeks late, no reply from cust servs. Item ok but everything else related to the transaction not ok.

No communication and did not receive gas. Please do not use this joke of a company.

Ordered a gas refill kit for my car's air conditioning. Was stated as being 'fast shipping'. After a week I contacted them and told them it hadn't arrived quick enough and asked for a refund as I could see the item hadn't been shipped yet. I was told to simply refuse delivery when it did happen.
Its now been over 3 weeks and I have had no attempted delivery. Have used the tracking info provided and the item has not yet been given to the courier. Absolute joke of a company..AVOID.

My particular experience was pleasant. I was surprised the items was sent out from Poland, but there was no extra charges and my purchase arrived in good shape, worked well, so no complaints.

Aircon filler pipe can't be turned off. The Aircon starts emptying as soon as it was connected. I considered attaching the can but then I have the opposite problem - I can't stop the can overfilling the system other than a drastic disconnection. The constant feedback is that their hoses don't work. You would think they would do something about it!

I was a bit relactant to order from them as there were a number of negative reviews, but I think most people missed the fact that this is a Poland based company so never going to be next day delivery. I didn't need the delivery next day so was happy to wait especially considering the low cost of the items. I ordered four R134a gas cans and they arrived via UPS courier 6 days later. Very well packaged. No issues with import tax or VAT etc. Everything went smoothly. Before I purchased I sent an email to verify what the delivery method would be and to see how long they took to reply. They got back to me within 2 hours. I highly recommend this company and I'll definately be using them in future!

I've ordered from Chemical Tiger one week ago, paid for next delivery and still didn't received the order. I thought that they are UK base webside, there no info to tell you otherwise, untill I've received the order confirmation.
I've send them an email to confirm the status but they didn't bother to respond.

The can just don’t stop and emptied itself into the air.

Defective products were delivered, and no replacement was provided after delivery. The order was paid for in full, yet the seller showed no goodwill or willingness to resolve the issue. I do not recommend this company.

Did not refund money and ignores mail, do not buy from this site. Bought refrigerant which has been returned for more than a month with confirmed tracking number and they ignore all attempts to refund the money. Stay clear of this company, will have to go through my bank now to hopefully recover the money. Scammers.

On the 25/07 I sent them this message via Email and on the order page and as of the 30/08 I have had no reply.

''Dear Sirs, On monday the 22/07 i received my order and today I tried to use the GAS to refill a car, the pressure gauge tube is not capable of breaking the seal on the gas bottles, I have tried with a small screwdriver and it goes in and out but the small inlet at the top is to small, such a small amount of gas comes out that it will not charge the car past 25 psi.

I have tried both gas bottles and it will not work with two pressure valves I have (1 is from Easyklima) and you can just hear a small amount of gas being released, I dont want to try with the 3 in 1 bottle I bought just in case it does the same.

Im used to working with products from EasyKlima and have never had this problem.

It’s not trustworthy. I ordered one set of r134a ac refrigerant with a valve and manomete, they canceled my order and never refunded my money.

I ordered one set of r134a ac refrigerant with a valve and manometer. At first it didnt seem to work. I emailed to Chemicaltiger and got a replay that a new can had been sent.

Upon further investigation I found out that the valve wasnt able to completely penetrate the can's opening. It would open if I pushed a small flat head in it and close when pulled out. To fix this I flattened the needle with a dremel and cut the rubber o-ring in halve to make it thinner. This way the needle would go deeper into the bottle and be able to release refrigerant while inside the can.

After this it worked like a charm. My ac turns on, without having to bypass my relais, again and the air coming out is now at 13 degrees C.

All in all quite pleased with Chemicaltiger. They provided me with a product that didnt work properly, but solved it without question asked. I had to MacGyver it a bit but the product did work after all. Would definitely order from them again.
