As someone who manages multiple websites, I have opened dozens of support tickets—ranging from complex site migrations and database restorations to tricky technical troubleshooting and WHMCS/server configuration issues.

All my websites were DOWN two times in the last 10 days.
The first incident was "All websites down" wasting 3,5 business hours. If the network was a problem, why not reroute? If the server was a problem where is the backup? etc., after wasting a valuable 3.5 hours with all websites down, NO sorry, NO excuse, NOTHING, like such unreliable service is normal — NO care for customers.
The second incident: "All websites down", was "thanks" to some George "Billing". One $26 invoice was due on Saturday when I responded that it would be paid on Monday (my accountant had a stroke and is in hospital), got a response from them that I could pay on Monday — but again, they proved unreliable and unprofessional putting DOWN all my websites on Monday — they don't keep their own word — unreliable and unprofessional!
Unfair George "Billing" doesn't keep their word, but easy regularly charges the monthly invoice 7 days before the due date, which is NOT right. I have credited them for more than 100 days so far. After all that, some George can not wait 2 days from Saturday due day to Monday!? — NOT fair, unreliable and unprofessional!
It is not possible to do business with an unreliable and unprofessional George who will one day say one thing and another day act the opposite. Any business is not safe when there is no trust.
Too many downs with unreliable and unprofessional George!

Needed to have my email accounts ported over from a different provider, it was a simple email process and it was easily done. No hassle at all. The responsiveness from the tech support is also something that stands out, they're quick. My previous services weren't slow, but they weren't quick either.
Chemicloud also offers far more services for the price paid. Wish I had heard of these guys sooner.
10/10 recommend.
