Delivery damage issue sorted
My ordered item was damaged by the courier company. I felt that the packaging could have been more substantial. The item was replaced without fuss, this time with much better packaging & it arrived undamaged. The sales staff were helpful in sorting this out. I'm pleased with the item which seems good quality.

Great service
Product was made correctly to our bespoke requirement.
It was ordered online on a Monday & delivered on-site to the North of Scotland on Friday. Arrivd in perfect condition, properly packed.
I had direct sensible email communication from the company as soon as the order was placed, confirming delivery dates & requirements for forklift handling. Nothing was a problem.
Would use again in a heartbeat.
Many thanks.

One of rare few companies who can cut to exact size. Received quickly and in good condition. We recommend smoothing off the corners with a small metal file just for safety while fitting. We used mirror screws to fit to the kitchen wall, for a neat finish. Excellent service and highly recommend this supplier, thank you!
