Lacks integrity
Owner, Todd, talks a good story, but lacks integrity. We stopped by to check out his place and look at wood slabs. Through his encouragement, we wound up putting a down payment on 2 wood slabs and milling work. By the time we got home we were having second thoughts. We immediately texted Todd, and even drove back the very next day, advising we wanted to hold off. Todd has refused to be reasonable, despite the fact that he still has the wood (that we no longer want) and no machining was done. The slabs haven't even moved from their original location. He has absolutely nothing in this, but refused to reverse the credit card charges, saying he has a no refund policy (which he never told us about). Who does that? Any reputable company would refund our money, he looses nothing but credibility. If he is this disreputable, I can only imagine actually buying a table from him, as is. clear from his growing 1-star ratings.
