Zoe was very interested in my weight…

Zoe was very interested in my weight loss journey and asked lots of relevant questions. The advice she gave was excellent and she seems to genuinely care that I continue to lose weight and get healthier. I look forward to our next phone session.

Highly Recommend!

The website is very easy to use and the medication is delivered promptly and well packaged. I’ve been using their services for awhile and have been so happy with the company! Earlier today, I was double charged for my medication and reached out via email. Within a few hours, Zachary got back to me and had issued my refund. I think this shows how much they care about their customers and how amazing their customer service is!

Positive call

Had a very positive call with Alice told her how pleased I am switching back to mounjaro from Wegovy and have lost 4 pounds since switching back told her I do get hungry sometimes in the evening so she advised to find a distraction like a hobby or something to take my mind off food as I have a perfectly good tea with plenty of protein told her about my diet and she was pleased that I am following a healthy diet I have made an appointment for next month to speak to her again to follow my progress so a very positive call

The direct telephone experience was great and Medina who took the call was lovely and provided the help I needed

The online chat line is a series of repetitive questions ..long winded and goes nowhere .. Hence why I then used the direct call line

Not recommended
All good till its not. The item I received was faulty in the last dose stage. Contacted supplier they sent me to
Manufacturer who asked me questions for an hour recorded the damage and serial number then sent me back to claim refund or voucher from chequp
Who also did nothing. These companies don’t look after their customers and just pass the buck. Lots of forms and no reimbursement. Expensive product zero responsability.

Call with coach was ace!

I found my coaching call with Kirsten very helpful - tbh my expectations weren't high as I hadn't viewed this as an important part of my subscription, but it was brilliant! The focus was on sustainability and covered exercise as well as diet. She gave me a really clear plan and booked another call for a week's time so I feel well supported.

Excellent Customer Service!

I was needing to get extra medication for travel. Medina in customer service assisted me and was so responsive, kind and helped resolve my issue so quickly! It was really very incredible. I have always been pleased with Chequp and am even more so now!

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would! Do not order from here. They just want your money. I placed an order for a 2.5 pen to start my mounjaro journey. I was at home when they stated that it was delivered, yet nobody knocked on my door. The delivery picture shows a photo of it thrown in a garden. I never found my delivery. I contacted chequp and they said they would have to open an investigation with the the courier. 4 months later of back n forth in emails I have had nothing!! No discount, no new pen. They said I need to send video footage! How when it’s not been delivered :/
Also you should be able to see off the photographic the driver shows it’s not my address nor is it a safe place either to leave any delivery.

Had a trickiness with my pen

Had a trickiness with my pen; quite possibly caused by me. Chequp provided prompt advice and also pointed me to the manufacturers - magically, it all worked out. Kate was especially helpful, as was the agent of the manufacturer. Super stuff.

Took double the money. Incompetent

Company took £300 then two days later took another £300. Needless to say I can’t afford to lose that and they will not answer the phone. Do not use this company!!!last month they accused me of not paying when they had the money already. Very sharp practice. Clearly no systems to ensure financial propriety

Once again medina has been outstanding

Once again medina has been outstanding, chequp are very rapid with response's and always on the ball. I dealt with medina previously and she got the matter solved in minutes and has done the same again today. IF THE BOSS SEES THIS GIVE THE A PAYRISE

CheqUp has been great to deal with

CheqUp has been great to deal with. I don’t have any issues other than the cost, but that’s more to do with politics than anything else. They offer good support regarding the offer to speak with health professionals. Also the WW app is valuable too, though wish they would convert their points to calories.
