I have not received a confirmation…

I have not received a confirmation order email or tracking number. Yet my bank account has been charged for the dress and I am scared this was a scam. I have sent multiple emails about the status of my dress with zero responses. I ordered on March 21st. If I do not receive a confirmation email or a response to my problems within the next week I am going to apply for a refund. - Order # CH00340883. I don't know if my item is a preorder, but I need a time when it will specifically be shipped or I will consider canceling my order.

I Hope It’s Not A Scam

I’m just gonna put 1 star for right now.. due to the reviews and me not being able to see my tracking for my item. It only says “Awaiting Shipment” Now mind you… I’ve never been scammed before but I don’t know how this will go. I’m super nervous since they didn’t have a size 0 so I got a 2.. now hopefully the dress (Elegant Cinch Waist Party Bridesmaid Tulle Layered Midi Slip Dress-Pink) looks like the video and pictures because I want this as my birthday dress.. Keep in mind I ordered this dress 2 days ago and I understand that shipping takes some time, but I would at least like to know an ETA or like the Date it will arrive… I really hope that I’m not getting Scammed because I spent $54.98 on this dress.. My Response.. it doesn’t say “Pre-Order” when I ordered it.. I read everything before I bought the dress.. after I paid for it that’s when it popped up.

Here is my honest review. I ordered this dress Sleeveless Single-Breasted Corset A-Line Mini Dresses-White
SKU:K593271607734960128 and was waiting for 2 weeks for any confirmation and update about shipping. That company doesn't send any confirmation and my order still hasn't been shipped. So I wrote to them via supportATcherley.com and complaintATcherley.com, and they responded to me with a tracking number. Finally have received the dress;
- the dress is made from cheap material, but no surprise here cause what else can be expected for 32pounds
- the dress looks exactly like in the photo
- measurements/size is correct
The biggest issue was no confirmation mail after buying the item.

Zero customer service communication

Ordered dress on March 11, 2024. The company states they will send "a successful payment confirmation e-mail" and "a product information confirmation e-mail" after order is placed, but I received neither. Company says item will ship "within 3-8 business days" and you will get shipping confirmation and tracking info...nothing as of yet. I emailed company support on March 25 (there is no phone #) and no response yet. Order # CH00333996. Not happy!!!

SHAM: terrible products and impossible to return

I ordered 5 dresses from Cherley. They took a long time to arrive and when they did, did not look anything like the photographs. The material is cheap, the sizes are completely random, and I was extremely disappointed.
I had reviewed the returns policy before purchasing, and their website makes returns look pretty simple. Believe me, it is not. I emailed for a return address as per their website, to be told I had to send photographs of all the items first. When I questioned this, I was then told I could either return the items to their return address at my own cost (which was New York?!) or not return the items and receive a 50% refund or a discount code for future use.
To date and after 3 emails trying to return the disgusting clothes, I have still not been provided with a return address and it appears they are doing all they can to prevent me returning the clothes and obtaining a refund. This is entirely in breach of my rights under the Consumer Rights Act.
This brand and company is a total sham. The clothes on their website look nothing like the clothes that arrive, and then they make it impossible to return.
Given the lack of response and assistance from Cherley, I will be taking this matter further.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

After doing some research of my own and seeing all the negative and poor reviews this website has. I have panicked and come to find out all the reviews are RIGHT! I have reached out multiple times to different emails and have no received a response. I ordered a dress for my granddaughter on 03/17/24 order ID CHOO338235 the next morning I found out my daughter ordered the same dress on 02/29/24 and didn't hear anything from them about a ship date so I immediately wrote to cancel the dress I brought before it went thru the credit card, wrote them a couple times with no response from them very poor customer service. Never gotten the refound.

I order a dress thatr was on the website and when I got it the dress looked nothing like the pictures. When I wrote to the custumer serve, the response was fast and they offered me a solution, which was: "If you prefer a full refund, we can provide you with the return address. However, please note that we do not offer free returns. Alternatively, we can issue a direct refund of $14, which is 40% of the item's cost, or provide you with a discount code worth $21, which is approximately 60% of the item's price, which can be used towards your next purchase on our website. This way, you can avoid the hassle of returning the product and waiting for a refund.". I accepted the 40% return because I wanted nothing to do with this store again, but this was on Feb 5, and I still haven't gotten anything from them. They said that it would take 5 to 10 business days and it has been over a month.
