I'd give no stars if I could. Shoes ordered on 7/10/2023, received an email confirmation and nothing else.... Terrible! Consumers nowadays have to be SO careful. Sad.

Ordered sandals from this website and 7 weeks later they still haven’t arrived. Sent an email asking for an explanation on where they are but still no response 2 weeks on. I doubt I will get a refund absolutely shocking service!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Ordered shoes 5 weeks ago and have not received them, I have emailed 3 times and no reply. Avoid this website, clearly appears to be a scam!

Is a SCAM!!!!!! I ordered some shoes and it said that it would take 2 weeks to arrive and they never arrived. They don’t even have a phone number to contact them.

I ordered shoes, and the order was cancelled because apparently they had separated from their payment provider. I asked for a refund and that deadline passed. Any correspondence was garbled and not clear on purpose. Avoid at all costs.

I like may others on here have paid for shoes, which never arrived. Was told I would get a refund my 8th June and still nothing. Definitely a scam!

Bought shoes, 6 weeks later said I would get a refund because order had to be canceled, said I would get a refund 6 weeks later, still no refund.

There is NO contact number, no customer support over the phone, only an email that will reply to the simple questions, but never any questions about where your stuff is, when you’ll get a refund, or how who you can talk to.

HUGE SCAM

My order was canceled with no explanation. I have not yet received my money back and they're still taking peoples money. It's doesn't make sense that they keep getting away with this🤬

I too ordered shoes and have not received. I placed the order and received confirmation, followed by a dispatch update and shipping notification- all seemed well. I tracked the shipment via the tracking link and then received an email to advise my order had been cancelled with a status of refunded. I hadn’t been refunded and there was no reason as to why it had been cancelled. I emailed and they advised that the payment processor Stripe had terminated their agreement ent and would refund all customers directly. They gave me a 3 week window for receiving my refund but this has now passed and no refund.
Definitely feels like a scam to me!
I have contacted my bank and they are investigating on the basis I haven’t received the goods I have paid for.

Please avoid!

I too ordered a pair of shoes in May and got told the order had been cancelled due to their payment system (Stripe) being revoked…. Utter scam

Scam!! Same thing happened to me…canceled my order still no refund. They need to be shut down.

Scam, took money and never refunded me.

Got an email saying a week later order is cancelled and no refund, still chasing, been a month.

SCAMMERS I am STILL waiting on my son shoes.

They say they’ll ship in 10-15 days but it’s been a month and still no sign. They sent a tracking number 10 days ago and it showed at a shipping facility this whole time. Total scam.

Item arrived covered in glue residue that won't come off and damaged after 3 weeks to deliver.

Been chasing for a refund for a month now, very limited responses (2 in a month) and now offering a 40% refund on a damaged/faulty item.

I've had to refer through my bank to get my money back.

Avoid at all cost. Total scam site.
