My order arrived 2 weeks ago and I am missing 1 item. Since then I have filled in the online form twice and still no reply. Very disappointing. On a positive note the packaging was lovely.

Shipping is always fast and usually the same week depending on the time and day the order is placed, always comes in perfect condition
