day in keswick and came across your shop was great being able to try your jams, we did buy the cherry, blackcurrant, lemon & 2 cheeses when we got home we noticed the blackcurrant one the safety button on lid was clicking, other jars are fine.

Went for lunch for 2 adults on 28/2/2026. Never been before.
14th March had parking fine, which I immediately paid, though I was unaware you had to register your number plate.
Later rang pub to ask for possible voucher, as fine already paid. Told a solid No.
We shall never go there again. That customer service is absolute rubbish.
I'd encourage everyone else to go elsewhere.

Bought at a Christmas market and the hot garlic pickle is amazing. Will definitely be placing an order for more.

Tried today at Manchester markets for the first time. Got premium vintage and hot chilli cheeses and the spicy tomato with caramelised onion, the Carolina reaper chilli, and the hot garlic chutneys and omg! They are the best chutneys I have ever tasted and I have tried a lot. Finally a chilli jam that actually tastes of chilli and has a kick not just sweet. The other 2 chutneys were amazing and I can’t wait to try them not iust with cheese. I think these will be a constant staple in my house now! Also the men at the stall at the Manchester were so lovely great customer service and a good laugh with them! Seem a fab company and I’m so glad I found them!

The quality of these jams are first class worth every penny

I was introduced to the Cherry Tree products since a very young age ranging from the different jam’s on toast to the different pickles in my sandwiches. You couldn’t get a more quality product. Every product has a different unique flavour my favourite being the hot pickle and the passion fruit curd. Now that they are bringing out more curds I’m excited to try them. Not just on toast but in my yoghurt and fruit as well as going in my Pavlovas ! I love going to the different markets and spotting the Cherry Tree stall - definitely a bargain when I come away with 5 jars each time.

We visited the Minehead store and we were greeted outside and offered tasters of cheese, the very friendly man, who I can only assume is the owner, was personable, warm and really keen to talk to us about all the wonderful things they sell and the processes and the awards they have won. We went into the shop to see lots of chutneys, curds, jams etc and they have sticks so you can taste all the products and you could taste their wonderful cheeses. I can honestly say after consuming a lot of different red onion chutneys (this chutney is always my
favourite chutney) that this red onion chutney is the best I have ever tasted, the man said they use less vinegar and the cooking process is longer, it was delicious. I think we tried all of the products, my son loved the bubblegum curd! We made a purchase of lots of products and the decision of what to buy was really hard as everything was so tasty! The staff were so welcoming and friendly! I highly recommend this store and it's products! This is a must for anyone who enjoys cheese and chutneys, curds and jams!

Gosh if the jars get any smaller they will be tester pots. Used to be well worth the money. Now they want you to pay insurance if the jars get damaged. Will be going back to my other supplier. They are a rip off. This is the 3rd change in size I see since I first purchased. I have also purchased under a different email address. That would be the batch that was smashed. I purchased the curds for baking but don’t think they will have much filling.

Visiting Gorey in Wexford, Just bought myself Cherry jam made by Kilmurry Jams in Bray Co Wicklow , fabulous product, delicious …. Trying very hard to not eat it by the spoon. Well done Kilmurry Jams 🤗

Met the owners of the company while away on holiday and as well as being friendly and genuine people, their products are incredible!

The hot garlic pickle is now my new secret ingredient to cheese on toast, it is out of this world tasty. Phenomenal product and can't recommend it enough. Their preserves are pretty good too, the strawberry, rhubarb and vanilla jam is super tasty but not overly sugary.

Delivery was quick and the website is dead easy to use, overall a really easy ordering system. The only problem is choosing which things to try next!

I know that Nigella Lawson endorses the hot pickle and I can't say it enough, it is excellent. I can't wait to try some more of the products and recipes from the website.

I don’t often review anything, but I’ve just tasted Cherry Trees Mango and Ginger Chutney which I bought two months ago. It is absolutely fabulous. I will be buying more👍😊

Absolutely Fantastic Products! I have been a fan of Cherry Tree for many years. Having tried nearly all their wonderful and delicious flavours. For high quality products and to support a small family business you need to pay a premium price. Its sad to read the other negative reviews regarding the jar size, its only a small difference in size. Again the products are fantastic. And big thank you to Rachel at Head Office, when I need advice on what to try next she never gets it wrong!

Went to buy my favourite, hot garlic pickle, only to find a price increase, and on top of that the jars are smaller, talk about shrink inflation, won’t be buying anymore.

My mother in law and i visited the stall yesterday at the Heveningham Hall Fayre. One of the owners, who was completely lovely and very welcoming (and a very good salesman), let us taste a few of the chutneys on offer with a snippet of cheese. Oh my god... i completely fell in love again with chutney, having gone off chutney with my cheese at home! My words were "thats amazing"- when i tasted the spiced chutney! I really would have said it over a loud speaker too!
I purchased 3 amazing chutneys and have opened one this eve, with my doritos as i didnt have any popadoms!
I will certainly be trying the one that was recommended to put on as a pizza base, as i have a pizza business (R&H Pizza Bar), i may well trial a few samples and who knows...

I am very grateful for good communication and the service by Cherry Tree. I ordered a present for Mum and it was delayed because of a change of their delivery company. We received a letter with an apology, and a refund. After a few weeks, Mum received her present and Cherry Tree did not want the money back. Mum had a very good time with her friend, she was happy with the quality of food provided.

Couldn’t be more disappointed with this company. I tried their product at the Christmas market and enjoyed it so placed an order on 19th Jan including a few gifts. As of 12th March I still haven’t received this order. Have emailed twice and been assured on both occasions they are dealing with it - really poor customer service and absolutely no explanation of why delayed.

Cherry Tree Preserves as a whole is truly amazing. I love the jars, cheeses, the people, the logo, the list goes on. Have been recommending it to everyone and will keep on doing so!

Amazing flavours,great discounts and lovely packaging. Have bought multiple times and also gave them as gifts.

Unsure why people complain about size and price... This aren't your usual supermarket ones therefore will be a "treat" and a little dearer than usual

Oh dear..the huge reduction of jar size. I normally buy at least 10 of these for Xmas presents. Sadly I won't be this year..I'm exploring options in Waitrose and Ssinsburys alike.
The jars are just too small now. Not even worth buying.
