Always friendly live chat straight to helping with any problems, when I joined I did wait about 1 week for my winnings but that was only to verify my id everything else like withdrawals have been plain sailing

Having won over £3500 Cherry win asked for document verification . This was a difficult process and stalled on the fact that my name is Steven and I showed them proof of address letters that were in the name Steve.
Anyway I then provided appropriate documentation and got confirmation on their on line chat that I was going to get paid. This took nearly two weeks. The very kindly host congratulated me and asked what was I going to do with the money I responded pay off a debt which , I really needed to do (relating to my holiday) and buy my wife some flowers. I have no gambling debts and am going to use the money to pay off the balance of my family holiday to Portugal which as you can imagine is a great relief during these difficult times.
I was shocked when I got the following message this afternoon.
'Hello Steven,
Player ID: xxxxxxxxx (Please keep it handy and provide it in the future interactions as this will help us identify your account and provide more efficacious assistance.)
I hope this email finds you well!
My name is xxxxxxx and I'm reaching out to you on behalf of the Customer Support Team.
We are sending out this email as we would like to express our concern about your following comment: "I really need the money" and "Pay off debt".
Thus, the account is temporarily closed until we receive updates from your end.
It is important that we understand the current level of play on your account is acceptable to you, and that any deposit you make with us is within your means and does not pose any financial difficulties to you.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to comment on the aforementioned statement. Moreover, based on your recent activity, we wanted to take the opportunity to contact you and make sure that:
Everything's ok
You're comfortable with your recent spend and don't have any concerns regarding your ability to afford your level of play

I have answered the questions but don't feel confident I will get paid. If I do I will certainly update this post
Apart from my solicitor is there an independent organisation that can follow this up for me?

I keep getting responses such as it’s going take another 7 days. Truth is I’ve been locked out of my account and can’t get back in with no explantation. I have given all documents over to the team and my account is verified already. As of this moment they owe me £2100 if this was £20 i would let this go but it’s starting to worry me seeing the previous comments. The lack of communication is outstanding. I would like my money as soon as possible. I would like to talk to someone as soon as possible. on the 12th of June 2024, and I have not had a penny from them since.

They blocked and ignored me when I tried to withdraw my winnings.
Hopefully they will see this and contact me to get this resolved.
Following on from the reply, After posting this i was asked to supply verification details (passport and Utility bill) which i did, i still do not know why i was blocked as they have still to reply to me so the section where they say they would like a "speedy" resolution is one sided and that is not on behalf of Cherry wins. I would appreciate a reply and resolution to this issue.

At first all good my account was verified I withdrew £120 and left money in to play whilst waiting the next morning was trying to check how long it would take and upon logging in i received a pop up saying my account was blocked. I’ve not received anything to make me aware of what or why. And not received my money.

I have had great communication from this site at the beginning but now as the time goes on I have been completely ignored for the past 72 hours and even believe they have blocked my email address.
I have spent a few thousand on this site gambling. I have winnings just under 2k and they aren’t paying out.
I have provided all documentation they requested and now completely ignored.
It’s very concerning and has been a stressful situation!
I am being forced to go through legal channels which I didn’t want to do. I have given them 24 hours to respond. Hopefully they will pay what is due.
Sincerely hope they aren’t in the scam game of taking your money and not paying up when you win! But unfortunately it seems that way.

Signed up and won over £250 withdrawal the money was pending went to check the to see if the money still pending and logged into a message saying account suspended try doing live chat with them soon as I told them what the issue was live chat got disconnected 100% scam site stay away
Update 15th July 2023
Withdraw part of my winning and saying £85 was refunded back into my account that's they have blocked message them today asking about this, after reading my feedback on here they have told me not to open any new accounts in future if I do they will be blocked and any deposit / winning won't be refunded and account blocked. Shocking service
