I have used Cheshire Van Hire for many years as an occasional user. They have always been very professional in the way they run the business. I did have a slight bump in a van I hired from them where the offside mirror was smashed into many pieces by an oncoming driver who lost control of their vehicle. Mirrors are not covered by the insurance. They went beyond fair to get another mirror at a reasonable price, (I had to pay for the mirror), Renault wanted over £800, Cheshire Van Hire where happy to fit a patent part at under £300. I always look at a business on how they deal with issues and Cheshire Van Hire surpassed my expectations with this issue. Many Thanks

Sent a form online to request van hire.
Guy who originally called me back was very helpful. However I was in the gym and unable to pay. He asked me to call back.
When I spoke to them the next day, the person I spoke to was obnoxious, rude and condescending. If he had shut his mouth for 30 seconds and allowed me to explain my request he wouldn’t have been so “confused”
Absolute gasbag!
