What a excellent small business to deal with, I’ve had a few things from this company and service was very good, efficient and very friendly, I recently ordered a wax oil melt Christmas house and I noticed a small air line crack emailed that day and Lucy got straight back to me that day she even rang me and was very apologetic for this(this could have easily happened in transit but she kindly offered to exchange this) this is definitely amazing customer service and it’s a pity other small business like this should take note on how professional customer service should be so a massive Thank you to the team at Cheshire gift company( and as promised my order and replacement arrived today only a few days after I emailed about the problem) so I would highly recommend anyone to use them, I will definitely be shopping with this company from now on.
