Bought their stair cladding from b&q to renovated our staircase to match the laminate flooring.

Followed their instructional video on their website to a T i.e cut the rungs for the backs of the steps for the front cladding to go onto and fixed them to the stairs (and yes that's as far as I got to without issues).

Cut all the cladding down to size for the first step, an hour later the cladding still doesn't take to the wood glue or the fixings for the stairs and just pops off instead of drying and staying fixed in place, the lip on the step cladding and the back piece of cladding doesn't match up and leaves a continuous gap of about 5mm where it should be seemless and unnoticeable

Absolute waste of my time and an absolute scam at around £150 for 3 stairs that's close to £700 down the drain as I very much doubt I'll be able to return it after cutting and fixing all the back rungs to the stairs already, so pretty sure that's how they make sure they get their money from the product as you use half of what's in the box perfectly then the rest is just a scam

Ordered a staircase including spindles and base rails early September. At the time I was told the product would take 4 weeks. We are now in early Dec (11 weeks later) with no concreate date of when my product will arrive. I am constantly being told 2 weeks. No form of compensation is being offered and it has delayed other work in my house.

if i could i would have left no stars for this company.
i ordered 11 runs on staircase £600 later the product arrived all different colours and damaged due to bad packing. they first said i damaged it and that the colour would fade with time.now they have offered to change the broken one.
i bought this product from travis perkins and now have to pay a 25%re stocking charge.
travis perkins even being a national account struggled to get and respond
iv taken pictures of product and evidence, pictures of they're advertising and will be taking this to trading standard as a false account of product .

Ordered parts from B and Q website with 7 day delivery on 24th Jan. Cheshire Mouldings confirmed the order that day and told me they would endeavour to get the parts to me in that time frame. It's now 6th Feb and no sign of the parts and no communication from Cheshire Mouldings. Called B and Q who called CM who told them they had stock issues and I won't get the part until next week because they don't deliver weekends?

Best part of 3 weeks for a couple of pine handrails. I could have whittled some myself out of next doors tree in less time.

EDIT!! Just phoned them to see where my order is (13th feb). Turns out they lied last week when they said it was being picked for delivery this week!

They just told me the part is now being made at the mill?? ffs a month to get 2 handrails!

Terrible company. Ordered a load of stair parts and despite being told they would be delivered on the Tuesday.....nothing. Called during the day and was told it was on its way. End of the day, nothing still. So next delivery was on the Thursday....and same story. Promises of delivery and its on its way......I still have no bannisters. Cancelled the order in the end.

Purchased the reflections range and a couple of abbotsfield doors. loved them. Great prices and speedy delivery. Also helped out a local merchant as they fulfill through them on the website
