I lose at least 5 percent of my speed games on chessclub.com because of the poor software and connection problems. When grabbing a piece at the lower end of the board, the board will resize and by the time I return it to the original size I lose enough time to lose the game. While in the middle of a game the board will reset to the original setup position, and and I will lose on time from having to reconnect. Sometimes my clock ticks but I can't make a move causing me to lose on time. Sometimes my opponents move doesn't show up, so any move I make might cost me the game. Lots of bizarre things go on that cost me games.

The admins and ownership are unhelpful and at times, downright psycho. I've literally never seen anything like that and dont know how to explain further. STAY FAR AWAY!

Great place to watch games 24/7 and get online games 24/7. Built in Chess Engine in Blitzin software. I upgraded it to SF 16

It's ok.
Have been a member a few years but recently features like being able to view high rated games, exclude yourself from playing against certain opponents and being able to use mobile data to play have all disappeared (at least that I can access anyway).

Has sinken down to one of the worst and also the most expensive club for IT-chess.
Demands autorenewal of payment and membership, so they want to save your card-number.
Never let any company do that.
