I had help from Michael who supported me with installing software on my work laptop. It didn't take very long, all instructions were clear and I am now able to work more efficiently.

Easy to deal with , I had an issue recently while I was abroad and they rang me back and talked me through how to resolve it .

How refreshing to find someone like Ricky on the end of the “ Customer Enquiries” line ! This gentleman got to the bottom of my problem immediately. He explained exactly what had happened and kept his word in resolving what had proved a bit of a nightmare at my end . All was sorted in the space of three minutes. Totally professional, impeccably polite without being gushing. He must be a credit to the company . If I was running a serious business I would definitely want someone like him on my board of directors.
