I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent experience with the GM level subscription. I anticipated having the opportunity to analyze games using advanced software without any time constraints. However, I was taken aback to discover that the analysis had ceased upon my return to my computer. Initially, I believed there might be an issue with my device, but I later noticed a prompt asking if I wished to continue the analysis. I selected to continue, only to find that the analysis restarted from the beginning.

It has come to my attention that the system restricts analysis to approximately 20 minutes of inactivity, after which it halts unless the user is actively engaged with the computer. This limitation is not disclosed anywhere on their website, leading to a feeling of unfairness regarding my investment of $1,000 for a one-year subscription. The lack of transparency concerning the time restriction is concerning; I now feel as though I could have utilized Stockfish for free.

I would strongly advise potential users to reconsider their investment in Chessify, especially given that Stockfish is available at no cost, and it appears there are now charges associated with Stockfish as well.

I was charged $79.99 twice and can't cancel service. Tried emailing and got no response. Beginning to feel scammed. No way to talk to anyone about this issue

I have been using this platform for sometime sparingly but more recently have come across some very exciting features that makes it a unique platform forthe chess players.

Amazing platform! very easy to use, I recommend for everyone who want to improve their chess and get to professional chess analysis with strong engines.

Its great to use chessfiy, as it innovates new ideas and exceptional positional masterpieces, especially for myself it was so beneficial to boost my understanding as I'm below 2000 rated player.

It's easy to use plus its better than other software 'if' you have good internet :)

Chessify is an excellent platform for keeping all of your openings, games, and other analyses files organized and easily accessible. The engine analysis that Chessify offers is excellent and for a professional level, especially when considering that you do not need to invest thousands of dollars on an extremely powerful processor to establish comparable analysis. As a Fide Master, I can say that Chessify provides everything that all players need from the beginner level to the high-end professional level. Chessify certainly is a must-have for every chess player for tournament preparation and for overall result boosting.

It's a game-changer! Not everyone can purchase a supercomputer to analyze favorite openings in a big depth. I use this program frequently to prepare against super GMs in OTB games. Highly recommended!

This is a very cool tool for any level chessplayers - from beginner to grandmaster. What is very important: you can work from MacOS. I hope that in the future this will become a full-fledged replacement for ChessBase software.

This app is so cool. I can even ask about the weather.

As a chess player, you're mainly limited to Windows because chess programs are not working on Mac. I like the idea of using a website instead of a program, cause then I can access my files and analyze with engines with any device I have at hand. I used Chessify with my laptop mainly and a few times with phone. It's really good and I hope it continues to improve.

Best engines and now databases too
I used to mainly analyze with Chessify, but recently started to use their website to have access to their databases too. They have added the ICCF db and update it automatically, so it's perfect. There's also the standard mega db of course and the Lichess one which I don't use very often, but it's nice to have all three.

Strong analysis and good customer support.
I had some issues initially setting up my account but Chessify's customer support helped me quickly and gave me some tips. I mainly use the cloud engines which are incredibly useful especially during tournaments.

Excellent chess website with tons of games and amazing analysis possibilities despite the lag!

I usually use Chessify for their cloud engines but recently have found they added more databases and now have Lichess and correspondence chess dbs in addition to the standard mega db. I also heard they're updating the databases regularly which is really convenient given that I used to it manually on my PC.

Chessify is very helpful for a tournament player. It offers lots of features for preparation, tho I particularly appreciate their cloud analysis which is the strongest I've ever seen. I also like that they're improving their website now and you can use different chess databases when preparing openings. I recommend it to anyone trying to improve their game.
