I’ve been using Chesterton Grant for just over two years . They sorted my mortgage out the first time when I have not a clue. They were outstanding then. Now my mortgage is up for renewal they contacted me. The team chesterton Grant mortgages are outstanding. Nothing is a problem to them which was very, very helpful. Mortgage sorted they exceed in expectations. Dave Rooney Ian Thompson brilliant guys. Look forward to using this company again in the future.

i dealt with haydn from the start of the remortgage. He was very helpful and made the process very simple and non stressful. From application to completion was 3 weeks. I would recommend haydn and the team @ Chesterton Grant Mortgages.

We have used Jo Farrell from Chesterton Grant since 2019, She is so “on the ball” and efficient. Very experienced, professional service and turns things around very promptly. We wouldn’t use anyone else now.

Absolutely brilliant service from ian unlike everyone else who told no and no again its not possible but Ian made it possible and got me my mortgage right away and sorted everything the mortgage company throw at me due to being self employed and not having a great credit score and 5% deposit despite all that ian sorted it and id definitely recommend to anyone he’s by far the best out there

Researching the web, I came across an instagram post from David Rooney concerning 1 yr books for self employed! Exactly what I needed! Face to face meeting with Dave, case passed to Lewis Wright! 12 day turnaround from application to formal offer! The aforementioned were charismatic, amiable people with extensive knowledge in trying times for myself! I’m sure this filters through the company! Additional advice provided! Chesterton Grant helped me get my first mortgage over 7 years ago now and I've used them ever since. Absolutely amazing people who work there, they are very informative and helpful throughout. A special mention to Joanne Farrell who delt with my recent mortgage renewal. She was an absolute star, even over the Xmas period she was still in constant communication with me trying to get the best deal and outcome for my mortgage and thanks to her i was able to.
