I have used Chetu for a year now and I am very happy with the results the Chetu team provides. Their development and project management is top notch, providing a high level of knowledge and execution experience. They were quickly able to understand our project and begin work. Communication has also been very good, as their team provides clear objectives, sets accurate timelines, and milestones.

What an awful company to work with from A to Z. Our "rep" Randall has one thing on his mind - making the sale. He promised us the world and that they were the pioneers of AI and could everything we laid out for them. Fast forward 6 months and $30k later, we have nothing at all to show for it. The developers came on to demo our software and couldn't even get it to work themselves on the demo, I was embarrassed for them. They had to reschedule the call. When we discontinued because we were so unsatisfied, Randall "closed out" our file and marked it as "successfully completed" without even asking us about our experience. I had to correct him that we were discontinuing because their developers couldn't produce a working software. And of course now that we've discontinued and need our refund and source code, Randall is no where to be found. I could go on and on about the things experienced with this company but please use my experience as a lesson and steer far far away from this company.

I have worked with Chetu for over 3 years. The team assigned is the personification of team work and tenacity. The attention to quality assurance and design suit to fit is admirable especially in a budget consciences environment. As a project manager they have supported me with very difficult deliverables from B2B to B2C. From arch design to storefront design.

Very poor company. Very disorganized, poor communication did not follow directives and deceptive practices. I ended up going with another company and it was a night and day difference. If there is one review you can trust its this one. I never ever leave reviews in a negative fashion but this firm should be exposed.

I don't know if it was bad luck or what. I was coming up with a project that needed some urgent solutions; the salesman here, Erick, I think, was so rude, never listened, and only was interested in knowing if I had 10k or 100k to invest instead of understanding what I needed and guiding me through the options that they could provide! if he is in the front line, definitely I could imagine what's in the back end! but for sure I will never do business with them like that!

We have a single internal developer that was unable to keep up with some of our most recent projects. We reached out to Chetu for assistance. They have been fantastic to work with. We are provided daily 5:15 reports, a weekly call to review all work being done and the Chetu PM makes sure everyone is completing their tasks in a timely manner. I would highly recommend working with Chetu to increase Expertise if you have a smaller team. They do a great job of integrating with your existing team and are an easy way to increase your development work without taking on additional full time salaries.

We had an app project requiring diverse coding skills. Chetu's team was able to support all aspects of our project, and lead with a project manager, to handle all aspects of the design and development. They were very communicative and collaborative working with non-techies! I would recommend them for a project.

Our goal was to update our Software as a Service product, as well as the marketing and sales websites for it. Chetu had the fully array of talent and skills we needed, and the management team clearly understood our goals and needs and kept their team on track. This ranged from simpler web-site design to the more challenging steps of migrating our proprietary software into the Cloud. So happy we found Chetu!

We are partnered with Chetu to co-develop a custom Point-of-Sale system for one our unique business models. This was a HUGE project that we started from scratch. We hired Chetu to write code and work with our in house developers to code review each step. Chetu sales has been honest up front and easy to work with as far as cost. Their project manager has been prompt and very organized, and their development team is exactly what we'd expect for a team on this project. They produce whatever we ask for. If there's a mistake, on either side, they adjust quickly. We have weekly meetings with code review and updates. On occasion there's a language barrier but it is easily made up for by communication in Slack.
This project required front end dev, back end dev, hardware integration dev, workflow processing, backwards compatibility, modern UI design and dev, and multiple platform coding, and more.
This type of project often takes several years of development and research. We are 18 months in and so far we are very happy with our decision to work with Chetu Development and should launch our product this year.

Sunil and his team really went the extra mile to design software that is functional and professional looking! We underwent a 6-month in-depth design phase. They listened closely to my thoughts and then made it happen! I am extremely pleased with the final product and the communication as we went through the process.

Chetu's grasp and understanding of our project requirements was very impressive. The project on which we engaged Chetu had integration points from various sources. All of the touch points were handled professionally and timely. The weekly meetings and daily status reports kept us well informed of project status and technical concerns. We are very pleased with Chetu.

Chetu has been nothing but marvelous. I am not a software anything by schooling - I've just had a vision for many years and finally found a team that was ready to hit the ground running like I am, daily. Respectfully there have been times where communication has been a small barrier but my team does a fantastic job making sure everything is understood and we're all on the same page always. They're all so smart and so nice to work with.

I think some people are confusing/conflating this company with a site that is 'cold calling' individuals posing as recruiters for working on tasks called 'app optimization' using a workbench or platform on the site chetuapp.com with a created login account. They then proceed to guide/train through a shady and lengthy process to defraud the users of cryptocurrency via a multi-tiered 'deposit to earn commission' scheme. It's quite detailed yet has many signs and symptoms of being deceptive and illegitimate. I've created log files of the IP addresses involved, video capture of processes, images of internals, and used sniffers to identify origination - all of which has been forward to a file Interpol has created for this investigation. I have no reason to believe Chetu.com is involved or associated.

I messaged them on multiple attempts to get more information regarding their company just to be ignored and blocked. Unfortunately companies like this don’t do well in the long run. So read this and wonder who in their human relations department is so miserable?

When you're contemplating how to supplement your IT team, you grapple with several questions. Do I require an expert for a brief period, extended contract, consider on-site versus remote, or even explore offshore options?

Am I confined to a fixed number of developer hours that I might not need, resulting in the addition of a different resource to cater to changes in requirements? The company I selected is not just qualified but also adaptable to accommodate my evolving needs. This means being able to adjust project priorities and associated resources.

Once you surpass this challenge, the next step is evaluating whether the chosen company shares the same level of concern for my business and direction. Are they merely following instructions, or do they proactively flag important discoveries for my attention? Effective communication of this caliber distinguishes a company merely filling a position from one genuinely serving your needs.

Chetu has proven to be an exceptional partner. They offer a minimal two-week notice period to remove or replace a resource with a different skill set for another project. You can allocate a set block of hours for a specific project, and upon its completion, the engagement concludes.

Chetu not only delivers the technical expertise necessary to bridge gaps but also exhibits flexibility in adapting to a dynamic business environment. I've witnessed their team identify and communicate concerns regarding data and processes. Their aim is not just to ensure the delivery of a quality product but also to empower the customer to make informed decisions for their business.

The most dedicated and reliable group of people who have the expertise to develop, plan, and integrate new Software. Every task is important and they have a well informed and established team to handle anything.

Daily progress reports (written and bulleted), weekly team meetings, a project manager, and a developer are all included at a low hourly rate. I would venture to say that their quality and price are unmatched. The skillsets we had access to through Chetu were very impressive, and the rate was beyond reasonable.

Draft a solid specification for the project you have in mind to ensure that the development resources are focused on developing the whole time of the engagement. Don't sign until you are ready. You should have the entire project scoped out thoroughly. Then, review the spec with your project manager from Chetu to ensure they understand your requirements.

This is our first time working with Chetu Inc. They have been an excellent supplement to our IT team. Their team of experts helped us
walk through the numerous options that best fitted our needs.
