This is not the same Chewigem as it once was. Chewigem went into liquidation in 2024. Whoever has taken over have absolutely no clue what they are doing. What used to be such a great company I now fear is a big fraud! Absolute joke bearing in mind the majority of their custom base are vulnerable.

Scam artist, take your money with no items delivered. AVOID. Ignore all emails and no number to call

I have ordered from this company lots in the past but they have taken my money and haven't sent my items ordered 11/9/25. I have emailed both email addresses, no response. The whatsapp number is no longer on whatsapp. I have text and called, no reply. The contact page on their website says error when sending. Such a shame selling products for people with additional needs and taking their money without producing the items. Shame on you Chewigem

Really wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Ordered a couple of weeks ago. Nothing. Tried to email, message said undeliverable. My guess is they’ve maybe gone bust but still have a live website?
I don’t have time or energy to pursue this unfortunately

Have used the company in the past and had no issues. Ordered 3 items over two weeks ago, no dispatch notification received. Tried to contact via website, will not send message says there is an error? Tried the ‘WhatsApp’ option. Apparently the number provided isn’t on WhatsApp. No reply to emails or calls. Have now tried social media. Appalling service. If I do not receive a refund I will report via bank and trading standards.

Good communication from Elena regarding my order, I paid for 2 day delivery but my order arrived after 5 days and that’s the reason for 4 stars. All items received and packaged well. Thank you

Paid for 2 day delivery but order not received. Seems like a fake company. Blocked me on WhatsApp after calling and sending two polite messages regarding my order. Emails remain unanswered. AVOID!

Paid for order last weekend, including extra for fast delivery (within 2 days). No order confirmation or any acknowledgement received and no reply from the company via any channel, however the order has arrived. Giving 3 stars due to having paid for expedited delivery (took 5 business days so i could have just gone with the free option) and no communication throughout, however the order has arrived in good condition.

I havent received my items, or any replies to my emails I've requested a refund, my son keeps asking me when they will get here the service is disgusting

As the other review, I should have checked here first! I placed an order earlier this week, contacted them via email as they over charged me and no reply, contacted them via WhatsApp no reply, their website is now having issues and 404 notices, I have asked my bank for my money back, like the reviewer below, I have a child with disabilities and doesn't like change and they are sold out on amazon of his chew so I thought id go direct, big mistake. AVOID

Placed an order over a week ago. Seemed like a legitimate company with products sold through various outlets. Order confirmed via email with no order number (should have set alarm bells ringing - how can they possibly track orders?!). Website states they dispatch within 48-72 hours. No reply to my follow up email sent 7 days later.
No idea if this is a scammer version of the closed down co.uk or if the company has gone bust while appearing to trade online. Disgusting behaviour either way as they target products at disabled.
If they are still a legitimate business then they seriously need to sort themselves out.
As it is, currently assuming I’m out of pocket and still needing these aids for my disabled child.
