I purchased 2 cool mats off this compsny from the .es site and they never arrived, I sent several emails and had no response. SCAM site never buy from them again, it appears they come from China and never arrive.

Avoid at all cost!!
Do not purchase from this company (they have a Facebook and Instagram account too). It looks like a trusted UK website but it is from China. I paid £74 for two items which did not arrive. I could not get a response from their ‘customer services’ after many emails over a month. Eventually I got a reply in which they said it was lost by Evri and they will resend. But they never did and now I can’t get a response again. I should have done more homework before purchasing as their claims about the products being seen in the media is not true and alarm bells should have rang when you couldn’t pay using PayPal. One big scam.
