Shipping cost scam

Bought Tornado, doesn’t smell like Yves Saint Lauren, had to pay for return shipping twice because return address on package was incorrect, paid 20 Euros for shipping overall. So I lost 20 Euros overall and got nothing. A service like this should allow free shipping and free returning shipping, especially if perfumes don’t smell as promised. Return shipping to Slovenia was particularly expensive. But the business model is apparently to trick customers instead of building long term customer relationships.
