My first repair with CHI INSTITUTE and how it went

I was a satisfied,long-time user of the Chi machine (over 20 years). So I was happy to buy the new model, Infratonic 9, when it was developed. It has served me well and I use it often.

After much use of the Infratonic 9 by me and occasional use by another family member, it stopped working. I contacted CHI INSTITUTE and was immediately guided in how to make a return to them for repairs.

The Infratonic 9 was sent back to me, repaired and in perfect working order in an amazingly short time. The package included a listing of replaced parts,
as well as a description of how the machine was cleaned and ready for use.

The cost was moderate and a new,extra battery was included. I was pleased to see that special instructions for replacement of the battery were also included.

The on-going communication during the whole process created an ease in the whole experience. Therefor I continue to see CHI INSTITUTE as a place
where I will continue to do business.

Very pleased with my Infratonic 9 and service provided.

I have been using an Infratonic device since I was diagnosed with breast cancer 25 years ago. While using the device I experienced reduction, in pain, stress and increased range of motion , after a Mastecomy. In 2008, I upgraded to a newer model for overall health benefits and relaxation. I had a good experience with that model as well. In 2020 I once again upgraded to the Inratonic 9. The trade in experience and customer service was wonderful. I was treated like a valued user of Chi Products. Service was efficient and timely with follow-up to make sure I was satisfied. I am pleased with the Infratonic 9 and enjoy the convenience of the portability of the new device and long batter life. ---Carol Podpora

Buying a new battery

I called and discussed the issue I was having with charging my Infarsonic 9 and was told I needed a new battery. The person I spoke with was friendly and helpful and It was easy and it came quickly by mail. I was able to get instructions on line on how to change it out and I am a happy costumer.

This product was great

This product was great, to say the least! I had fallen and had several sore areas. This product has gradually helped loosen my muscles and even helped when my knees were sore. My husband had a migraine over one of his eyes, and thought he would try it for this, and it worked. We are so impressed with this, we would not return it for anything. We have recommended this to several friends for their problems, and I am sure they are going to order it. Thanks for making a truly wonderful product!
