Do not buy from this website, it is a SCAM. My order has taken over a month to arrive, it was split and I still haven’t received half of it. In addition to that, the quality is awful and nothing fits well.
I wanted to return most of it, but they don’t have a return process in place. You will hace to pay for shipping and taxes to China, and there’s no guarantee you will get your money back! I wish i had read the reviews before buying. Total trash!

In March i ordered a skit and a dress from chicbay and it looks extremely different from what was advertised on the website. The material is cheap and horrible and so uncomfortable on the body. Literaly cant wear it or 2 seconds. I made many attempts to return the clothes back to them and they were always trying to give me a discount on the next purchase but would make it really difficult to return to them. I spent a lot of money to return the clothes back to them more then the clothes cost. Even after they received the package and i sent them proof of delivery. They gave me the run around. There is no one to speak to on the phone it is all via email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM =! THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM WEBSITE!! HORRIBLE THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Don't buy anything! these are scammers. Photo reviews are fake! The product arrived exactly the same as in the picture

they say they don’t have the products ordered so if want to cancel they ask for 15% fee!!

It’s a scam! I wish I had checked the Trustpilot reviews before buying.
Made a purchase on 15th January 2024, I am yet to receive it. I emailed customer services several times I just got the same automated response saying it’s from their new collection so takes longer to dispatch - it’s been 98 days since I placed the order so I have given up any hope of receiving it.

Edit….My order arrived today 28th April - order placed 15th January! The products are clearly made to order the website states 15 days for delivery, not the 104 days it has taken for my order arrive!

This is the worst site ever. The quality is terrible and they took 5 weeks for delivery of partial items. I just wasted $110 and the fact that they wouldn’t even let me return even after me asking them not to ship anymore as I couldn’t use it for my holiday

The items I bought looked nothing like the picture. I asked to return them, and they only offered to keep them and give credit for the next order.
I spent 3 weeks trying to get my money back and nothing. They propose 15% refund only. Then they proposed I send back the items, that I pay for shipping and only if they were happy with the condition they will reimburse me. They did not offer to send a return label, nothing.
I proposed to at least refund me 50% and they declined. There was no one I could escalate my case.

The quality was so poor. Their website says returns are easy but that is not the case. They try and offer you discounts on future orders but refuse to let you return. Had to dispute with my credit card.

Had no problem ordering but would appreciate more information about the swimming suits!

The items are absolutely not what I ordered...Disappointed because I didn't check this reviews before.
And I guess robots are answering our email very politely to make us think every thing will be fine.

They sent me a very bad copy of the dress what I ordered after 4 weeks. It is very ugly,useless and also huge in size. I wanted to send it back, but I would have had to pay the shipping cost and tax to China.

TERRIBLE service. This I ordered an outfit from here over a month ago and have STILL not received. I emailed to cancel my order and they refused to cancel it. They offered me other items, which is so weird and unusual to do???? But it's appearing that this is a scam and a worthless company. DO NOT USE.

Please refrain from ordering from this website. I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience. It took over a month for my order to arrive, and the quality of the material is extremely poor, not to mention false advertising regarding the cover-up I purchased. I've made several attempts to request a refund due to the significant amount of money spent on such subpar quality. Don't be deceived by their claims.

They steel designs from artists to use on their products without paying the artist or asking for permission.

Saw their ads constantly pop up on my social media and the stuff looked cute so I ordered. Placed an order on January 15, 2024. Now it's February 27, 2024. No order received, no emails with shipment notifications, no way or option to track it. HORRIBLE experience. Please stay away!!!!
