Poor service and false claims

Poor service and false claims. Ordered St Patrick’s day items in Feb and still as of today 3/10 have not received a thing. Claimed this was a Chicago based company and it is clearly not. Poor customer service response and just lies. Do not shop with them.

Pay for Guaranteed Expedited Shipping? Yeah right...

So, they promote all these St. Patty's Day shirts and they look pretty cool. I buy one on March 5, and pay the extra $15 for expedited shipping that GUARANTEES March 12 delivery. Nothing on the 12th, 14th, 16th... I reach out to their "customer service" and an offshore fulfillment group (obviously not in Chicago) keep giving me the runaround that it'll be there any day. Don't receive it until 3/20...3 days past St. Patty's Day. Now I'm writing them back requesting my money back and they've gone completely silent on me. Horrendous experience, save yourself the angst and go somewhere else.

Beware!

Beware!! Product and service is not what you expect. First, they falsely claim ‘made in Chicago’. This is from their website:
100% Chicago-Made
Every stitch, print, and design is crafted locally in Chicago. By keeping production in our backyard, we support fair wages, reduce our carbon footprint, and ensure unparalleled quality.
Imagine my surprise when I received shipping updates from Yanwen, China. We paid for priority shipping assuming these come from within the US, it took over a week to even arrive in the US! Second, The products we received were not great quality. NOT true to size!! We ordered 2 men’s and 2 women tops, all were huge and poorly fitted. Lastly, I contacted customer service, via email because their CS hours are 9:00 pm- 6:00 am, because of course they’re in China (website states differently, not true!!). They offered $50 refund out of $126.00 spent, and we can keep the items, items that we will never wear. I disagreed and they indicated how expensive shipping return would be because they’re in China. After several emails, they finally agreed to $120 and they would deduct $11 in the shipping cost. I agreed and asked for further return instructions. It’s been eight days and no reply. They’ve totally ghosted me.
Their merchandise looks wonderful on website, but this is not what you’re going to receive. They are totally misleading what they really are.
