Very pleased with this product, very well made and looks great. Easy to deal with, and great correspondence with seller.

I was pretty sceptical when placing an order due a few negative reviews.
I would say if you are in a rush or on a deadline order something ready made. These are bespoke items and you have to allow time for them to be made. I was not in a huge rush but needed it for when my new mattress arrived which was about 3.5 weeks from ordering the bed and wallboard.
The bespoke headboard i ordered wasn't ready on the day my mattress was delivered to they arranged for the ottoman bedframe to be delivered and said the wallboard would follow a day or two after, which it did as promised, bare in mind their warehouse is about 4.5 hours from my house.
Im glad I waited as the quality and finish of their items is great.
They advised me on fitting and also sent me some screws I needed.
In summary, superior quality, bespoke items, be patient and allow time for it to be made properly

Second king size ottoman bed purchased in 5 years. The full build of the bed is rich. Material is rich, last time I had grey but this time I got a cream colour of exact same bed. The base is like a divan and very sturdy. The foot board and largest headboard make it a great feature. The gas lift is great. Inside the bed is a wooden casing and no base lying on the floor rubbish like other beds. Communication is top notch and nothing is too much to ask. I will be back for another when my daughter changes her room up. I’m in Scotland and wouldn’t go anywhere else for beds in future. Thanks guys for being so helpful with holding my order until my problem with decor got resolved. Your delivery drivers have been respectful as well and very helpful. Highly recommended and I tell people who ask for custom bed to use Chic Concept

I ordered a mattress January 17th 2026, delivery expected 7-14 days, after emailing 3 weeks later i was told it had just been finished being made to order and I would receive it in 3-5 days. I waited for delivery which never happened so i telephoned and was told I would get a call back but didn't get called back, my partner telephoned again on a Saturday and was told we would get a email on the Monday with a delivery date and that again never happened. Getting fed of of waiting now March 16th with no updates of delivery i emailed and asked for a refund, my email has been ignored, I opened a case with PayPal on March 26th to get my refund and have now been refunded by the company the same day.

Ordered and paid for a mattress. Heard absolutely nothing for over a week so contacted them to ask when it would be delivered. They said they would call me back. No call back. This happened numerous times so escalated with PayPal. Took a month and lots of messing around to finally get my money back. Customer Service is non existent

Headboard panels look lovely and are great quality. They charge less than their competitors and the product was very easy to install!
I will definitely use them again.

10/10 would recommend. The team are really good at what they do, amazing beds we had 2 with bespoke headboards and also a free standing bed also and couldn’t be happier with them. Their ottoman beds are the best aren’t heavy that they’re difficult to keep opening but also not cheap and light weight either. We’ve had these beds for a few months now and really have no complaints at all, have had multiple compliments on them too!

During installation we had some measurement issues and the team were really quick to fix these issues despite it not being their fault and also came to fit super quick as we were on strict timelines.

All in all an amazing company to work with and will deffo be using them as our go to going forward! Really recommend anyone looking for beds to use them! I had a great experience.

I made a phone enquiry yesterday to check the delivery timeline for a single divan bed base. I was told they had a lorry coming to my area the next day, so delivery would be possible. I placed the order straight away.

To my surprise, the team had the bed base manufactured within three hours and loaded onto the lorry that same evening. It arrived this afternoon, just 24 hours from enquiry to manufacture to delivery.

Exceptional communication, incredibly fast turnaround, and a genuinely smooth experience from start to finish. Highly impressed and would happily recommend Chic Concept!

I contacted Chic and got an immediate response. Samples arrived, I made my choice. Chic kept me informed throughout, and my bed arrived today. The quality is higher than I expected. I am so pleased. I found this companies customer care to be impressive and thier standards high. I would recommend.

We're really pleased with our new Ottoman - great quality and exactly as described. Really good customer service, from answering queries, sending material samples, right through to delivering exactly on time. I can't recommend highly enough.

Avoid this company at all costs, we have been waiting for my sons bed to arrive since purchasing it in November 25, we have been fobbed off with false delivery dates and delivery companies. Every time we call we are told it’s been picked up and on its way but when we call the delivery company they say they have never heard of us or have any parcels for us! This has been a complete waste of our time, even when we had a company 1 hour up the road from them all they had to do was get the bed an hour up the road and they never turned up! We was then lied to again that the bed was on its way and it never turned up, our only option now is to claim our money back through PayPal, anyone reading this please don’t waste your time ordering from this company you will never see the products!!

Had a really good experience Adam was always communicative. Got back to me on WhatsApp with any questions I had. Kept me updated. The product itself is good I’m pleased, i’d order again. Thank you Adam.

I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice. Everything looks great at the beginning - quick replies, friendly WhatsApp messages and bespoke options. But the moment they take your money, the entire attitude changes.

They completely ignore phone calls and messages. They scheduled a delivery for when I was on holiday, leaving my mother-in-law to wait in all afternoon for nothing. When they finally turned up a week later, they managed to forget the footstool. Another delivery slot was arranged, and once again we waited in all day - and once again, nobody showed up. No phone call, no message, no explanation.

What’s even worse is the total lack of accountability. No apologies, no acknowledgement of their mistakes, no compassion at all. Just silence.
We are still waiting for the missing item, and at this point they refuse to communicate on every platform - WhatsApp, phone, email, Instagram, Facebook. It’s impossible to get any response.

This company has been unreliable, unprofessional and incredibly frustrating to deal with. I wish I had never ordered from them, and I hope this review saves someone else the stress we’ve been put through.

Spoke to chic concept before ordering as had a question about the material and they replied very quickly and were very helpful . Ordered my piece of furniture which was dispatched very quickly. Arrived today in lovely condition very good quality. Just what I wanted.

First time buying a bed and couldn’t have asked for better service. Custom made a headboard to specifically fit the measurements of my angled ceiling, courier let them down but the replacement courier and company themselves were amazing.

Bed exactly as described. The courier was so nice. Took his time very polite top block. 5 stars

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. We ordered a bed from these people and the customer service and delivery was nothing short of abysmal. The first scheduled delivery for which I took a day off work never arrived. When we called which was numerous times to get the delivery we were fobbed off with lies and excuses. We finally received the order a month after purchasing. Yes the website is cheaper than most but ended up costing us more due to loss of earnings when they advised delivery. The savings originally were considerably outweighed by the huge incompetence and inconvenience they caused.

I would like to thank Chic Concept for delivery exactly what we asked for.
I visit the company he went through everything and showed me the end finish.I gad excellent customer service.
I had the delivery with in a week. There was a little hick up with the installation but when Kofi and his helper came were exceptional they didn’t leave till it was perfect to the cm.

Superb company to deal with .
I’ve had a superking bed with headboard included and 4 separate wall boards for another bedroom.
Quality is better than I expected, especially considering the very attractive price.
Wall boards look great and are very easy to fit.
All items delivered by their own driver . Very well packaged.
Communication from the company was good
I’m so pleased I’ve just ordered another standard double bed and headboard for another bedroom.
