I chose a ring that I loved and with your sale promotion going on I thought what a great time to order this ring. But in the process of ordering the ring I forgot to put in the size that I wanted. Your ordering app already has size 4 prefilled in the ring size category and I wish you could check on my order and let get this changed on my order to be correctly sized to 9.25. I ordered this ring on 1/2/2026 under the name Jeffrey Pitzing. Your ordering app doesn't give an order # so this is basically the only information I can give you. I did send a message to your company website with this same information and hoping it can be changed to the correct size of 9.25. I wish your ordering process would red flag this step in making sure the correct ring size is entered before the order is finalized. Thank you for looking into this dilemma.

It was easy to order mdse . had all of the necessary info about product . It was easy to check out at checkout but it’s hard to get info about delivery.

The ring I received is beautiful. I bought the oval white sapphire.

This site is a scam I just spend the afternoon with my bank as I was charged 179.00 USD as well as an additional 120.00 plus usd which I did not approve.

Additionally it can not be used in the United States. People have been complaining that this is a scam.

I should have realized it as I was charged before I submitted a photo. Our licences do not have a picture.
