The jacket I ordered was horrid- I wouldn’t wear if you paid me- puckered seams no construction because the fabric was a cheap felt pajama material - absolutely horrible horrible nothing like the picture they used to bait me into ordering- if you request return they will charge you the price you paid for items and tell you there are tariffs etc. to send All the way back to China- they don’t explain this in their return info. I’m fighting it with PayPal. Buyer beware!

DON'T ORDER from them. Just started a dispute thru my credit card company as their return policy is BS. They're giving me the run around to return a coat and pants that wouldn't fit a small child much less an adult. NOW they say they're in China whereas they have a US address. Don't waste your time ordering!

Paypal was able to come to an agreement with this piece of crap company to refund the purchase price. Just had to return it. Paid $82.50 for junk clothes and return mail price was $97.00. LOL!! Nope! Called PayPal to complain and was told that I should contact my CC company. Just got off the phone with Citibank and they refunded my full purchase price. Don't give up on getting your money back! This company needs to go down!!

I made the huge mistake of ordering from this site.
The clothing is horribly made and I have sewn my whole life so I know quality when I see it.
They will not take a return even when the clothing doesn't fit which is going to be the norm since the sizes are not US sizes.
If you do get to return they threaten you with having to pay all kinds of fees. They are a Chinese company masquerading as a US company.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE! They do not stand behind their products. The sleeves were so short it is unwearable and they will not give me a refund. Shame on me to have not read the reviews first. I will be filing a complaint with Facebook as well since this is where I saw the ad. Disputing with my credit card company too!

Do NOT purchase anything from this site!!! I must have read false reviews!!! This company is such a scam!!! I’ve never seen such CHEAP QUALITY OF FABRICS! To cheap to even donate, really should just BURN all day f this order instead! I have filed a dispute with Pay Pal and only hope for a refund of 120$. My guess from these reviews is that PayPal is fully aware of this company already!

I would never buy anything from these people again. I bought four jackets. The arms of two of them were so tight I gave them to an anorexic friend of mine. One other had a puckered seam on top of the left shoulder. When I requested that they replace it, I received the following reply. “Strongly suggest wear again and if fit not bad, I am sure you are charming in your style.” After several follow-up emails, they ultimately offered me a 10% coupon on future orders, as if I would ever buy anything from them again.

Please be aware, Chicindress is not a legit site. Its a total scam. They lure you in with fake images and low prices then send you really bad, poor quality clothes that are a copy of those images. I lost $125 and the clothes is not wearable. Trash. They will NOT give you refund and tell you to "try again" with the clothes. Plus shipping back to China is aa pain so they count on that. They have several other sites as well in other names like LovedPretty so be careful.

This is total scam. The items in pictures are some other companies. I ordered coat and dress and received poorly made, out of stiff artificial material. You will be ashamed to wear it. Coat is made out of thin fabric, no tags , off sizing and noting as pictured. Looking more like pajama top. Impossible to return it regardless of their on line promises of 30 days easy return. No labels ,no return address. I was fooled by scam company

This company is a SCAM!! PLEASE DO NOT order from this company!!! My items came 2 weeks and when it arrived it did not fit me. They provided me with a china address and that I pay for my return label. I was furious that they did not accommodate the return label. Here's their response.

I would appreciate a 75% refund if I keep the clothes because I can not use the merchandise. Your return policy only states the customer will pay for shipping fees. It does not state Custom fees are the customer's responsibility. It also doesn't state "we strongly suggest you may not return because shipping cost and customs clearance fee might be expensive".
I will report you and provide bad reviews illustrating the HUGE RISK that customers are taking by shopping with your company.

At this time I'm stuck with the merchandise coz the shipping cost more than the product I purchased. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!

They are a fraud. They use fake images to market then send craft material sewn together. If you want a refund, they will make you pay for shipping both ways to China. It's a tactic to not give any refunds. Don't buy and accidentally give money to this scam Chinese business.

This company is a SCAM!! PLEASE do not make the same mistake I did!! First of all, took a month to get here because it came from China! Then, the clothes DID NOT look ANYTHING like the pictures. When I emailed to ask about returning, this is what they sent me..

Seriously!! A direct quote!! And the clothes DID NOT look like my original order..Liars!! I'm out $60...I'm disgusted..but there's nothing I can do. I just pray they don't try to use my credit card number as part of their fraud!!

I would rate this a zero if I could. Package arrives with no packing slip, no name and no information at all as to where it came from. Clearly cheap clothes from overseas with no label inside. Hunted through my e mail to return, process is extremely difficult snd I will probably receive an email to return but the price to ship will probably not cover the cost of the merchandise. Total sham, I got snickered and should know not to buy anything through Facebook. Lesson learned. If it looks like it’s to good to be true, it is. Just lost $45.00 for a blazer that looked like a 3 year old sewed it. Highly recommend you do not purchase from this company. Total sham.

Sad to say I got suckered. The blazer I received was clearly not the same as what was in the listing description. The product received was not finished, with printed pattern instead of stitched like in listing. Opened a dispute and not getting anywhere. Do not buy

poor quality and also defective. Was trying to find a way to return, but after seeing these previous post it may be a loss cause...

This sweater feels very thin and looks cheaply made.I also could not find what it was made out of or the cleaning instructions anywhere on the sweater. Definitely disappointed.

SCAM ALERT. I ordered a blazer ($35) and a cropped sweater ($30). The sweater is cute, and I will keep it. The blazer is a piece of crap, cheap material, I would be embarrassed to wear it. I am not even going to bother trying to return, it isn't worth the grief, after hearing other people's stories of their difficulties in returning shoddy products.

Bought a coat and the quality is terrible!! They say that returns are allowed but then when you try to return they tell you "No" as they are in China and you would have to mail it there.

Terrible quality. Refused to take a return back that had not even left the packaging. Big scam.

I have exactly same bad experience with this brand. Should have read these reviews before trying to buy from this brand for the first time.
Issue: fabric quality is terrible, fake pictures online, items size are off nowhere, asking for a return approval. They ask me to take pictures of items arrived, then came back saying they would look charming on me and no refund. I'm going to dispute to my bank and paypal.

Again, fake pictures, cheating customer service, and waste of time and money dealing with them.
